the staff was nice, but they used old crappy nail polish and my manicure had bubbles on it from the expired clear coat. my manicure started cracking, then chipping, the day after i got them done. please improve. Read Less

This is the third time I've been here and 3 strikes you're out. Was charged extra to remove shellac polish; lady who was doing my pedicure had another lady who came in well after me ask for her do she stopped doing my pedicure half way thru to do her's and lady who took over seemed pissed off. Then a man who I've never seen in there did my manicure and my polish makes my nail beds look lopsided, polish in my cuticles and when I pointed out he acted like he couldn't see anything and said they looked beautiful. From now on I will go on to Southaven to the nail salon even though I live in Hernando. Sloppy job plus unfriendly people = no more of my business. Read Less

I did a manicure and pedicure on Saturday and the technician didn't just "cut my foot" with the pedicure blade scrapper - somehow she must have missed her target spot and instead took a huge gash out of the top of my foot with the darn thing.  My foot bled forever.  I also have another smaller cut from her not knowing how to use the scrapper correctly.  My foot  is so sore from the huge gash on the base of the top of my foot that I am still hobbling on it after 2 days.  Even AFTER the foot cutting incident I was still charged full price with very little apology for the incident.  Given the gall it took to do that I went ahead and left a nice 20%+ tip and have just decided to take my business elsewhere going forward.Plus on top of the foot cutting,  starting yesterday, I have had a small spot rise up beside the top corner of my fingernail on my middle right finger beside where the nail was clipped and it had pus in it.  I drained and  have had to put disinfectant on it.  Just makes me really question if the technician knew what she was doing. I have been to this salon on multiple occasions. Staff are not overly friendly and do not respond well to requests. With my last pedicure/manicure the technician chose to pick the shellac off my fingernails with her own nail rather than soak my nails. When I asked if she could soak my nails the tech responded by saying the salon was busy and that picking took less time. At the time there were 3 other customers. During my pedicure the tech responded to my request to have my toenails trimmed by rolling her eyes. Each time I have visited multiple techs work on my nails; I have given up tipping. My best friend and I went here about a week ago. Neither of us had ever been to this nail shop so we thought we would give it a try. Well horrible mistake, this shop does horrible work. The same day I got my nails done I had tons of bubbles in the acrylic and around the top of the nail it was chipping of. My best friend asked for her nails to be rounded out and the person cut one side of her nail way to short and didn't fix it. So she had a lop sided nail. Not only was the work horrible the people are very rude and unsocialable. They also have EVERY one work on your nails, you don't have just one person doing your nails. Now that is it about time to get my nails filled I will NOT be going back to this shop. My nails have white places in the acrylic where it looks like my nail might come off. I am very unhappy with this shops work. I work with the public and a lot of people have asked me where I got my nails done because, they look horrible. And I tell them, 10 perfect nails in hernando. I also tell them to not go there, so why they might not care about their work they are losing business because of their crappy work. Read Less
