The lady was worried about talkin on the phone, left my hands messy from the nail polish, my hands sat under the dryer for to long and now they are dried up. The man made my friends toe bleed from being to rough with it. I don’t think anyone should go there. Read Less

My friend and I were in there and got pedicures and our service was not what we asked for... I asked for a deluxe and didn't get it and my friends toes still have dirt under the nails when we got done and so do mine... also my feet still have rough skin all over the bottom of them..: maybe if the person who did our feet wasn't on their cell phone the whole time she could have paid attention to what we asked for!!! I have been there a lot but this is the worst service I have received!!!! And hey need to learn how to wear clothes that cover up their chest bc some people bring kids in there and I'm sure they don't want their kids to see all that nastiness ..if I wanted to see ass crack I would call a plumber I really wish Kim was still there she was the best and treated her customers like they should when they're paying for their services... please tell your employees to try and pay more attention to paying customers bc I think they are more important than a conversation on the phone !!! Horrible customer service. Don't waste your hard earned money here. My gel nail chipped 3 days after and he said over the phone that he would fix it. I came in to get it fixed and they said they will charge me. To add, the woman was laughing like it was a joke. Rude and horrible service. DO NOT COME HERE! I will not be back. Read Less

WORST NAIL PLACE I'VE EVER BEEN TO!! My nails weren't close to dry and the lady touches them and smugged all of the polish and tried to put a top coat over and said they looked better! I told her to take the polish off completely and I'm sticking to going to the salon in walmart!!!! Read Less

Update: Ken was admittedly pretty good. The last time I went he wasnt there so I asked for the guy who did my nails previously and he was in the back sleeping. So I left & decided I wouldnt go back. I felt it was unprofessional conduct for him to be sleeping in the nail salon. Read Less

Enjoyed the banter and talking with everyone .... However they kept changing the prices and then made me pay before they finished my nails and honestly they didn't do a great job and the nail polish started coming off after I got home. They try to charge five dollars extra for each and every little thing they do .... Ends up costing more than its worth. Read Less
