I sent my 13 year old daughter in to get her nails and feet done. $90 later she walks out with her nails done encouraged by the nail tech that it was a cheaper way to go with that style nail. Got her toe nails clipped and painted ONLY!! $90. When she told the lady she wanted a pedicure. They took advantage of my daughters lack of knowledge and Posh was very unclear about what they were doing or charging for. They gave my daughter the bare minimum and took her money. Read Less

I recently moved to Gulfport from Vegas.  I called ahead to Posh nail shop before I got to Gulfport to see if they did the nail dip And they said yes. Once arriving,  I called to make sure they could see me and they said to just come on.   They were really cool pleasant people but the only complaint I have is how they do the nail dip. My nails were kind of long and their my natural nails so when they were about to dip them,  they Asked me if they could cut them.  I told them no.  I also noticed that when dipping my nails,  they would only put on 1 coat of powder. I asked the young lady if she would dip my nails more than 2 times because my own nails were extremely thin.  She told me that they were taught in school to only dip twice.  That might be so for short nails but for long thin nails,  I think that there should have been some consideration for the fact that my nails are very thin and they should of put more coats on.  As a result,  only one day after paying $45 to get the dip,  my thumb nail had broke.  After another couple of days,  I had to go back And get 3 more nails repaired. Now, my ring finger fingernail is cracked in half as  well as a few of my other nails.  When i asked them if I could get them done again and they don't charge me,  she told me I would have to pay again.  I really don't think that's fair.  I run a business too And there is no way I would charge my customer after my services were not satisfactory with them. There is no way I would even allow them to walk out the door knowing their unhappy work my work.  My over all view of this company is that their really new at doing the nail dip but even though you've been to school,  sometimes you have to use each experience with the product too judge how you will have to use it.  There are people with long strong nails that need the dip to protect their nails from being chipped so they only Need 2 coats. My nails are long and thin.  Without the dip they will only grow And break so I need 4 or 5 coats which was what I got before I came to Gulfport .  These things should be taken into consideration when you are taking people's money. This place was nice enough. It would have been good if they would have done my hands and feet at the same time. I was there for nearly 3 hours! Some people like the salons but I am not that person. I'm a busy body and it's hard for me to relax as I always need to be doing something. Sitting in a chair wait for my nails to dry or my hair to process is not my thing. So three hours at the nail salon is beyond excessive. However everybody was very friendly and they did good work! Read Less

Everyone there is great but my favorite is either Sara or huyen. Sara is a little woman but have very strong hands for massaging which is great and huyen has a gentle touch that puts you to sleep. My favorite place to go to! Read Less

Have been several times and have always had a great experience!  Whether you are going for a mani/pedi or eyebrow wax, the staff is always very nice and professional. It is a very clean, relaxing atmosphere and a no pressure attitude! You can easily add on services, but the staff never pressures you to add more services. I highly recommend!y Read Less

Made appointments for five of us at 1:30 and we even came in a little early but waited over 45 minutes to get basic manicures. Service is not worth the price if you have to wait longer than the service will last. Read Less

Went there for my first time on Monday for a classic Pedicure and a Gel Manicure. New to the coast, I was looking for a clean, nice, friendly nail salon...FOUND IT!I won't be going anywhere else. Everyone was so great. We had a lot of fun with the staff and even the other ladies who were getting their nails done. I have never been to a salon with such wonderful nail technicians.  They have great color selection and also do a great gel mani! Love this place!!
