I wanted to color my hair with Moca Brown and provided the styler with the picture with the same degree of brown Moca I want. but despite this, whole another different dark brown almost black color was made. They don't admit their mistake and they don't correct the mistake or offer any solutions or even offer any refund. Instead they asked for more money higher than what was paid to repeat the job they failed to do it to begin with. My experience was not good and I am sorry today that customer service in problem solving is crap. I chose to go to the professionals because I was not able to get the degree of Moca Brown that I want, but in addition to not getting what i want, I paid for this failure. !!! Read Less

My mom and I have tried this place out because I have a friend, Cicely Melvin, that works here and she never ceases to amaze us. She gave us both new hairstyles and products and we won't be going anywhere else! We love them! Check this place out!!! I found Polished while watching “Shop Southern Mississippi” on TV as they were doing a segment on there. It looked absolutely beautiful. I’d had a horrible nail experience elsewhere and was looking for somewhere else to go as I’m new in town and so decided to look them up. I called the salon and was greeted by a lovely lady who was really friendly and listened. She immediately made me feel at ease and offered me a same day appointment and I headed over that afternoon. Upon ...my arrival, everyone was super friendly and the atmosphere was just lovely, so welcoming and I felt like I’d walked into a home let alone a business. The decor was immaculate and spotless, the staff were very attentive and when I was shown through to my manicurist Stephanie, she was so lovely and personable, we got on like we were old friends and we laughed and had the best time throughout my appointment. There was another lady there too for a little while, who went out of her way to try on polishes for me so I could see what they would look like as Stephanie was soaking off the “Cr*p” that had been put on my nails at another place. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The manicure was amazing and my nails turned out beautiful!! This place is a gem, I will definitely be returning here for my manicures and the company of these ladies, they were wonderful and I also got a Military Discount as my husband is Active Duty Air Force, which was offered when I mentioned that we’d been stationed here at Keesler, I didn’t have to ask for it.
