My boyfriend and I were in the area and decided to try Mystic Nail Bar. We read other reviews and wanted to give it a try. We love the decor. We were immediately greeted by more than one person as we walked in. They took us back to the pedicure area and gave us a menu with plenty of options to pick from. We chose the signature pedicure. I love how they provide organic products in their pedicures as well. Our pedicures came with organic scrub, lotion and mask. I have really sensitive skin and this was not harsh on my skin at all.They also use disposable liners for their pedicure chairs and disposable files and buffers. Which I absolutely love, it gives you a peace of mind. The customer service was outstanding. They really outdid themselves! Thank you Mystic Nails, we will be back! I work close by this facility, I went there after work one day and sad to say I'll never be back. The lady that did my nails didn't talk, she had a frown on her face the entire time and my nails were not up to par. They were not the same length, one was too wide the other one was slim. The workers were quite rude and scolded me for not saying that I needed a manicure with my SNS nail treatment when I made the appointment.  The lady that did my nails also kept getting on to me for not "relaxing my hand". I was relaxing my hand and have never had that issue at any other nail salon I've been to. It was quite rude and felt like I was getting in trouble which was weird. I'm very very picky about my nails...so picky that I've been going to the same nail master for 17 years. However, I didn't get a chance to get my nails done before I left out of town for work. So I googled nail salons in the area and decided to come to Mystic Nail Bar due to the great reviews. They were very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient! I must say...I am pleased!!! Okay environment, very quiet and relaxed. Nail techs weren't that friendly and not that great. I got a signature manicure with regular polish and got what I paid for, a nice sugar scrub manicure but the polish was not up to expectation. My friends got gel manicures which was a little expensive and one of the manicure did not turn out good at all. Even when she asked her to redo it, still didn't turn out good. I highly recommend this nail salon! I am a stickler for cleanliness, and this salon gets my approval! I am comfortable at Mystic Organic Nail Salon and Spa because I know that the instruments are properly sterilized.  That is a big deal for me.  It is always a relaxing environment as well.  Teal and Quack are very professional.  This nail salon is definitely a step up from other nail salons without the step up in price! I am absolutely in love with this place!  It is superclean and not cluttered like most other places.  They do not rush on getting you out the door and they work hard to make sure you are comfortable and are enjoying your mani/pedi/ect.  I went in for a mani/pedi/wax  and all the people working there were super friendly!  I really wish I would've found this place a lot sooner! I went in today and got my finger nails painted, my toenails painted, and my 2 year olds finger nails painted. It was 20 bucks which I was pleased with. the lady did a great job and was patient with my daughter. her English was a little difficult to understand and she didn't seem excited to be there, but all in all,  I enjoyed the experience and the clean atmosphere.
