Wonderful experience, I was skeptical at first because it's in a strip mall but I was really impressed with their ability to have us in a chair in two minutes. I was just visiting from out of and needed my nails done. I looked up some nail salons in the area and thought this salon had the best reviews. Initial visit I was hesitant due to the location, but being a mother on a time limit and in the area, I decided to go inside. Much to my surprise it looks brand new inside. Top of the line spa pedicure chairs, very spacious nail stations, extremely clean, helpful workers, so I said okay let's do this. Beyond satisfied with the service. This is now the only nail salon I will go to and I recommend it to everyone I talk to. I constantly get compliments on my nails (which is fabulous). A full set of gel nails for $35 can't be beat, and it's not one of those "you get what you pay for" situations. And a fill in on the gel is only $25. The nail technicians are fast, accurate, smooth and friendly. You also get a customer appreciate card to be stamped at your visits to receive $$ off on your 10th visit, which is a great incentive. I went into this nail shop for the first time and needless to say it will very well be the last as well. They were very rude. They were highly aggressive and don't really focus on what the customer wants. The prices on the board were falsely advertised as they were more expensive and the job done was not done well at all.  They swiped my friend's card twice and overcharged her, for which the money does not post right back.  Last but not the least the lady doing my nails made it her first priority to tell me that they will not fix anything after you leave.....I'm not from the area so before anyone else makes the same mistake please don't even waste your time. I'm only in Gulfport for a short time but wanted to get a manicure and pedicure done to help relax after the training week. I went in last Friday afternoon around 1pm and there were already people getting their nails done so we were told it'd be about a 30min wait. No big deal we went to grab food and came back. When we got back they had the water running at 2 of the chairs for our pedicures so we sat down. The lady and gentlemen working there never mentioned their names but she started on his feet so I waited patiently for mine to start. I didn't realize that I would have my feet in the tub for over 45 minutes before they even started!The guy that was working on my feet pulled out the cheese grater looking thing for calluses and it didn't look like it had been cleaned/sanitized since the last person. I asked him nicely not to use that and he insisted that it was needed. After saying a little more forcefully that I didn't want that to be used he agreed and put it away. I was super upset because I had plans that I couldn't be late for and was pushing the time limit so needless to say we had to skip the manicure so that I wouldn't arrive any later than I already would be. The super annoying part is that the manicure and pedicure together were advertised at 35 total. While I was charged 30 for just the pedicure. I didn't have time to argue the charge so I just paid and left. The store itself isn't too bad. Could use some touch-ups overall and the TV's are oddly placed (plus who really wants to see the ScyFy channel while getting their nails done?)Not super clean compared to what I'm used to being in either. Thankfully I won't have to come back to this place again I've never had such a poor pedicure. Save your money and go somewhere else. Read Less

My mom & I are vacationing and stumbled across this little gem while out shopping today.  We were concerned because we couldn't find any reviews but decided to chance it. I am so glad we did! Best pedicure I have ever had!  They were also very friendly and fun.  I wish they were in Charlotte.  My 68 year old mom has never had a pedi and they put her right at ease. She said she is going to start doing this on a regular basis but I'm afraid she may be disappointed with salons in her town as the set the bar so high. Read Less
