This is my mom’s account, but i just have to say they are the worst nails i have had in my entire life. I waited about 30 min to actually have someone start on my nails. Tammy rushed my nails , left them uneven, and two nails broke in 2 days. I asked for coffin shaped nails, but they looked really terrible and weirdly shaped. She said it was my fault because i waited too long to get a fill-in. Then why didn’t she take them off? I DO NOT recommend coming here at all but if you do ask for STEVEN! He is the only one that knows what he’s doing and takes him time.

I had been going to this nail shop since I moved to the Flowood area. The more I went the worst the service got. I started to be not satisfied every time I went. Long waits and just rushed fast Service.
Well, today was my last day. I have had enough. I will not be going back. Only service I wanted was to soak off dip powder and a nice manicure. I soak, Tammy come giving me this fast rushed manicure. I had particles all on my hands, nails looked horrible. She rushes and leaves me to go do a pedicure. Gives me a cotton ball and acetone to get the stuff off my skin myself. I sit over 20 mins and waited for some one to come finish me until I had enough and left. Not the way to do business.

Didn’t feel rushed at all. Some places herd you in and out...nice, happy atmosphere. My husband and I will definitely be back!

everyone here is so friendly and down to earth. By far my favorite place to go in the Flowood area. And of course they do a great job with nails. Maria gives an amazing, very long and relaxing pedicur...

Maria gives an amazing, very long and relaxing pedicure. She and all the staff pay attention to details. I everyone here is so friendly and down to earth. I went to Solar Nails recently because Tammys wasn't open just to get shellac removed and a quick polish and they were so busy and hurried they left me sitting there with the alcohol on my fingers for 30 minutes..way too long. My hands were totally dried out, then no lotion or anything and when they hurriedly painted my nails they did a sloppy job..I would have been better off doing it myself. And I know the staff at Tammys would never treat me this way. In fact I remember last time they removed my shellac they went ahead and tidied up my nails and applied some lotion. Another time one of my nails got messed up that same day..when I went back for a fix the next day they were very nice and didn't charge. I love going to Tammys. Just very friendly staff and they care about the details.

Bad customer service! I contemplated going somewhere else and getting my nails redone on the same day! My mom and I have been going here for years but recently the service has gone down hill! When I got acrylic nails my cuticles were not pushed back before she started so it's been a week and I need a refill. I picked out my color and she forcefully offered shellac and when I said no thank you she continued to tell me that I needed it and she has it in the same color I chose so I said okay... turns out instead of dark gray I got hunter green! I won't be back.

This is my mom’s account, but i just have to say they are the worst nails i have had in my entire life. I waited about 30 min to actually have someone start on my nails. Tammy rushed my nails , left them uneven, and two nails broke in 2 days. I asked for coffin shaped nails, but they looked really terrible and weirdly shaped.
