I had high hopes for this nail salon. However, I think the owner is trying to do to much, with this salon and another one, too. The selection of shellac colors has not changed since they opened, and the pricing on pedicures nickels and dimes you to death. Why not just do a good pedi, complete with a massage (a good one, not the half-hearted one you get in most salons) without adding on $$ for every little thing? Also, I don't know what their cleaning practices are, I feel that they are pretty clean - but I really like to see the instruments brought out in the packages from the autoclave. And the last couple of times, the tech has told me, after I chose my color, that she didn't think I would like that. They are trying to be a high end salon, but it doesn't feel like a high end experience. Get rid of all the extra charges, most of the extra services, and focus on good, high quality manis and pedis. Maybe even make the salon look a little more luxurious and cleaner with different (darker) paint colors and play spa music over a speaker system so that it's not so loud in certain areas. In other words, concentrate on a couple of things and do them very well. Coming from the Atlanta area, I'm finding it very hard to find really nice nail salons here. I think they could do very well with a couple of changes and lowering their prices. Read Less
