One of the best salons I've ever been to. ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT.First, the place was very clean and pristine. It wasn't overflowing with customers which I liked because I could just relax and enjoy their awesome music selection. Customer service was great - very prompt and courteous. They have a wide variety of polish to choose from and the technician who was working on my nails could tell I was a newbie at this. She patiently explained all the differences in manicure types and recommended one that was best suited for my type. I'm visiting in Mississippi from Arizona and I stopped into this salon. It is one of the BEST salons I have ever been to. It was very clean and they had an enormous selection of polishes and shellac. They featured polishes from OPI and Essie, and had tons of gel polishes as well. I enjoyed my visit and HIGHLY recommend this location if you're looking for a new nail salon! Read Less

I thought the place was too high. I saw no difference in a normal price pedicure versus this one. I think they should tell people the cost of the pedicure as well as the extra cost for supplies and box when you call to get a appointment since it is so much higher than other places. Read Less

I had high hopes for this nail salon.  However, I think the owner is trying to do to much, with this salon and another one, too.  The selection of shellac colors has not changed since they opened, and the pricing on pedicures nickels and dimes you to death.  Why not just do a good pedi, complete with a massage (a good one, not the half-hearted one you get in most salons) without adding on $$ for every little thing?  Also, I don't know what their cleaning practices are, I feel that they are pretty clean - but I really like to see the instruments brought out in the packages from the autoclave.  And the last couple of times, the tech has told me, after I chose my color, that she didn't think I would like that.  They are trying to be a high end salon, but it doesn't feel like a high end experience.  Get rid of all the extra charges, most of the extra services, and focus on good, high quality manis and pedis.  Maybe even make the salon look a little more luxurious and cleaner with different (darker) paint colors and play spa music over a speaker system so that it's not so loud in certain areas.  In other words, concentrate on a couple of things and do them very well.  Coming from the Atlanta area, I'm finding it very hard to find really nice nail salons here.  I think they could do very well with a couple of changes and  lowering their prices. I am not a regular reviewer, but the experience I had at Rouge was AMAZING today! A crew of us are in town on a film shoot and we discovered Rouge by accident and it was the best find ever! Whit, Rachel and Natasha were so warm, accommodating and professional! My friend and I called this morning and asked to move our 2pm appointments to noon and they didn't hesitate to move our appts. Once we got there, (with an extra friend of tow) they didn't fail to warmly welcome us, offer us wine, snacks and efficiently got us through wonderfully detailed pedicures and then Whit did the most amazing Shellac manicures on us, even taking the time to give us our crazy request (peacock feather designs and tuxedo nails, anyone?).... she even managed to squeeze in leg waxing, eyebrow threading -- everytime we discovered a new service they offered and shrieked that we wanted it (we've been on location for a while so it's been a minute since we've been pampered), they just smiled and accommodated us! After a day of primping and pampering, we paid our VERY reasonable bills and left relaxed and stress-free... This is one of the best nail salons i've been to EVER and that includes my regulars in NYC and LA... Rouge team, you're amazing! We'll definitely be back! Read Less
