I was visiting Biloxi for a few days and needed a pedicure. I googled for the nearest one which happened to be the Regal Nails inside of Walmart in D’lberville MS. The salon is VERY small! only 3 pedi chairs and 5 nail tables. Nobody greeted me or asked what service I wanted, I had to ask if they wanted me to sign in! Then after waiting 15 mins one of the three women working there attempted to tell me that u should go look around Walmart because it was going to be a 30 minute wait! I will NEVER come here again!

Went here to get my nails done for my wedding the lady did a good job overall but the design was AWFUL! So I had to go back and have it redone, it took them 4 times to redo it I'm not sure if they are skilled to even do designs? I paid close to 50 dollars for a overlay with gel and some cheesy design on my ring finger that was not worth 5$ so next time I will be going to my usual salon spot and will pay more to make sure it's done correctly.

Went to get acrylic nails removed lady said she would have to cut my nails I said I didn't want my nails cut. She said if took off I would have very thin nails. My nails are very thick. She got upset ...
Went to get acrylic nails removed lady said she would have to cut my nails I said I didn't want my nails cut. She said if took off I would have very thin nails. My nails are very thick. She got upset and left me there then another worker came soaked and removed acrylic no problem. Then manicure drew blood on every finger even after being told she was hurting me. Will never go back and will not recommend. I have been to regal nails at other locations and never been treated or hurt in such a manner.

We went to regal nails based on our experience in another state we lived in with them. Well it was not the same experience. My daughter got fake nails and i got a manicure. My daughters pinky was cut, the nails were not evenly painted, the sides of the nails looked atrocious.There was polish on her skin, her nails look awful.
My manicurist did not speak to me, did not clean up the sides of my nails. i had to come home and get nail polish remover and the polish off my skin on the sides of my nails and clean them up. She took me to the dryer and left me, did not tell me how long to wait, did not tell me anything, did not come back to tell me when i could go.
I am amazed they have any repeat service at all.

Went here to get my nails done for my wedding the lady did a good job overall but the design was AWFUL! So I had to go back and have it redone, it took them 4 times to redo it I'm not sure if they are skilled to even do designs? I paid close to 50 dollars for a overlay with gel and some cheesy design on my ring finger that was not worth 5$ so next time I will be going to my usual salon spot and will pay more to make sure it's done correctly.

We went to regal nails based on our experience in another state we lived in with them. Well it was not the same experience. My daughter got fake nails and i got a manicure. My daughters pinky was cut, the nails were not evenly painted, the sides of the nails looked atrocious.There was polish on her skin, her nails look awful.
My manicurist did not speak to me, did not clean up the sides of my nails. i had to come home and get nail polish remover and the polish off my skin on the sides of my nails and clean them up. She took me to the dryer and left me, did not tell me how long to wait, did not tell me anything, did not come back to tell me when i could go.
