Girl yassssss! I love love love love this spot. It plays upbeat up to date music. This is the place where I always go to get my SNS nails done at. There are always a lot of colors to choose from. I love the fact that they can usually match the SNS color to a regular nail polish. This is also the place where I tried an herbal spa pedicure and I'm hooked! Loved the atmosphere, the attentiveness (even when I didn't make an appointment). All the ladies were super helpful. I had picked a color that didn't do well with gel polish (it bubbled up when it was spun, or something along those lines) anyways I know most other nail shops would never have explained that to me. They would have just done it and I would have been aggravated when there were tons of air bubbles in my polish. I had a Mani pedi done and there was no rush and great conversation the whole time. This was one of the few salons open on Sunday. The salon is very clean and nicely designed. It's very modern and has a nice feel to it. My friend and I arrived right then they opened at noon. We were greeted and helped right away. The pedicure service was great! I just got a regular pedicure (or classic...can't remember the name). I got an SNS service with a manicure. The nail technician worked very quickly and efficiently ! My nails looked great! We weren't in there for a long time, which is great, and still received great service. I would definitely go back. Me and my husband wanted pedicures so they opened at 12So I called at like 1205 they had me on the phone a while because they hadn't gotten their system up yet I was kinda like hmmm u should do that as soon. As u get in but that was ok they took my apt and told me if when they got the system up if that apt time wasn't good they would call me back if not see us at 130 so we got there at 132, husbands make you late for everything they took us , the manager/owner whatever he was he's kinda of dry but then friendly it's odd , I saw him be like nice to one customer and like kinda rude to another one I don't think it's intentional I think that's just how he is but I think someone else may should direct the customers lol but the way they offered their services was very nice they had a service menu for the different pedicures then they had another menu for the herbs and aromatherapy menu to choose from , I got the hot stone pedicure I can't remember their name for it but it's the one with hot stones it was nice and they did a good job the only disappointment was they didn't do like a mask and hot towels i think if ur getting the fancy pedi u should get everything plus hot stones but I would deff go back Read Less

Okay so I'm never going to this place again. I got a full set of stiletto acrylics and they did a great job on my nails, but the whole place had a really uncomfortable vibe and everyone was pretty standoffish and rude. Came here this past weekend from Houston! This place has a nice modern ambiance. A lot of young fellows working here, which is pleasing to the eye to keep up the modern look. Their prices are extremely reasonable, and they have great staff here with quality work! I didn't get the name of my nail technician but he had tattoos, and he was great! Also very sociable which is good if you're a talker, but if you're there to relax then they wouldn't mind either. I had a quick polish change it was only $9! I'm extremely OCD about my shape too. I visited this location while on vacation. I had a good experience. First and most importantly, it was clean. The facility was clean and the equipment was single use pouches and/or sterilized. I have been to several nail salons. Lotus is one of the best I've been to. Vanna always does my pedi and mani. She gives the best massages and pays attention to detail. You can tell she takes pride in her work. My nails always look great even three weeks later and I always get compliments on them. Whether it's a full set or shellac, request for Vanna. I have been to many nail salons in the south recently and I would rank this salon in the middle. It was very expensive for a simple gel manicure $36 (without tip) - That is the most I've paid in many states. Gel manicures should be in the twenty dollar range always, as it does not take as long to do and much less work for the technician. I will say, the atmosphere is very modern and new, which is a breath of fresh air, but I would not say that is a reason to overcharge. After leaving the salon, I realized that the gel was under a few of my nails which can cause the gel to rip off the nail way sooner than it should. Worst service ever!! Went in for a lip wax and after doing one side of my lip the technician did not ask me if the wax was hot. THE WAX WAS SUPER HOT! I had bumps on my face after this service 3 days later. While doing my lip she was face-timing. Would not go back again. Read Less
