I enjoy the relaxing atmosphere at the salon, although there is enjoyable conversation amongst customers it's never so loud that I can't enjoy my time there. I seldom have to wait very long. A day after I came here for a fill by TOM, one of ny nails cracked and broke off, needless to say I didn't wanna be a return customer. So today I went back to my old nail place and upon them removing the nails, they found GREEN FUNGUS on my nail. (Not the one that previously broke) they advised me not to get any acrylics over it until the spot is gone. After calling Benitoite, they told me to cone in anf show them. I just did and spoke to the manager Billy who was completely non chalant and dismissive... taking 0 responsibly. I would highly advise everyone to spend your money elsewhere. This was my original review last year. I had gave them five stars. I'm changing it : "Kimmy did an amazing job on my nails. Probably the best Pedi I have ever had. My new nail spot right here." Worst experience today. My mom and I went together which we never have a chance to do. We sat down to get a pedi first. I live in Crystal Springs, so this nail shop is right around the coner from me. Services is very poor and they are very rude, I was waiting patiently to be waited on, while I wait I was looking at the nail ring with all the different colors, Vien took the ring out my hand and told me those was gel polish. Kudos to Rose and the rest of the staff. I am a repeat and loyal customer who always leaves very happy. I went in at lunch yesterday (Monday) for a shellac manicure. The person who did it was new and, sadly, didn't do such a great job. I left very unhappy but unwilling to 'make a scene.' I went back after lunch and asked if I could talk to Rose the next day (today), but she insisted on talking to me right then. Then asked if I could stay so she could redo the manicure. She was very kind and appreciative of my letting her know of my dissatisfaction. Multiple staff members came and hung out while my nails were re-done lending their support. I love this place it was so clean very professional. All 4 of us went in with out a wait even if the place was pretty busy. We got right in. I love the owner and all the nail techs were on point ! We (my sister and her bridal party) came into the salon for the first time a couple weeks ago. There were 9 of us, including 2 kids. The service was AMAZING! The staff was friendly and helpful. They were helpful and kind and treated my two girls like they were just one of the adults. I have been to places where they just sort of skimp on the kids' services but not here. They even took special care to make sure the towels were not too hot for the kids. Now, almost 2 weeks later, and my nails still look wonderful. I will never go anywhere else. Read Less

Terrible customer service. Non-customer oriented attitude. Actually witnessed a manager(?) go off on a customer. Nail job was rushed. Person left polish on my skin. No real massage. This is the ONLY nail shop in Crystal Springs. Maybe they will wise up when someone opens a shop with some class and customer service. It's worth the gas to go somewhere else! Read Less
