When I first came it wasn’t busy but as soon as my name was about to be called it picked up & I knew this was going to be a bad decision. The lady I had was one of the younger women that worked there & wasn’t really friendly. I told her I wanted a manicure with a full set. When she saw the nail color I wanted was neutral & I naturally had longer nails so she suggested me getting jell polish instead. So I agree and when she was almost finished with my first hand of the manicure I realized that the gel polish was a lot more expensive so I changed my mind and told her I just wanted a full set. She looked pissed when I told her and she said she was still going to charge me $5 for doing that hand with the manicure (no polish) which made no since to me plus it would be more money for me at the end so I let her continue with the manicure. She rushed through the whole manicure and was very pushy with me about making sure my hands complied with the pace she was going. She REALLY rushed through my pedicure, didn’t even give me a massage during it which is what I paid for dulex for!! Over all I didn’t like my experience and I’m never coming back. I live in Clinton and wanted to try someone new but I’m just going to go back the place I’ve been going to. Read Less
