The people at this place are incredibly lazy , the guy working on my nails was watching tv the whole time and didn't even bother taking his Time cutting my cuticles or painting my nails. Me and my friend went for just manicures, first of all the guy made me wait right next to my friend while he did her nails because he wanted to do both of us. Finally when a girl came over and said she would do my nails so that I could stop waiting. My girl did a good job with cuticles however I wanted white shellac. Earlier the guy told us to pick out a color and I chose a very bold white. Bright and easily spotted for white. Than he told me he had one in mind called funny bunny and I was like as long as it looks like this one. So finally when they're painting my nails I notice that this polish is very clear and transparent and it very white. I'm thinking that this girl is gonna have to do a lot of coats for it to look white. Even if I did say something about the color I doubt she would of heard me because she had her earpiece in and the mic part inside her mask. She was on the phone the entire time she did my nails. I was like seriously? What is with this customer service?! So I left unhappy with this nail polish that is more of a light faint white or a pearl, I can still see my nail. Terrible! This was by far the worse experience I have ever had with a nail place. I got acrylic nails and got gel put on them. The gel started bubbling up on them. So I went to get another color and she said its going to cost you 20.00 more dollars to change the colors.Which I thought was crazy. So instead of me paying 20.00 dollars I paid 10.00 and got regular nail polish. Which was a total waste cause she didnt take the time to paint them right. She just threw on the color and they were messed up again after I sat and let them dry 15 minutes. So therefore I will not be going back I spent 58.00 all together and I am still not happy!!!
