I absolutely love OP Nail Spa. I went in my first time as a walk in and Kim was wonderful and worked sooo hard to get the nails just like the photo I brought in. I go in every two weeks and all the girls are sweet and work hard! Perfect service never disappoints! Ive been coming her for well over 10 years. Ive followed this crew all over town. I went from living around the corner from them to driving 45 minutes for every fill in when they found a new location. They are small, only about 2 employees. So if you like fast service go somewhere else, if you like neat clean and detailed work from a couple who will know you by name and know what you want before you even open your mouth then you wont regret the visit here. I left my Nail salon of 3 years After visiting once in 2015 and have been coming regularly ever since. The staff are beyond amazing from greeting you at the start to make you comfortable all the way to the finish. Kim has gone out of her way to accommodate me with opening early or squeezing me as well as doing this with others. You can tell she strives to keep customers happy and tries her best to squeeze in walk ins on top of her regulars or does her best to work with them at a later time! I'd like to also add my nails are healthier than they ever have been. She took the time suggest something else besides tips and acrylic to help grow out my nails. Just moved here from Miami and decided to try this place out since all the other reviews rated it so highly and it did NOT disappoint! Smaller shop, such a hidden diamond! Eddie was fast, amazing and gave me the best rebase & gel that I have had in a long time (it was better than most I have had in fancy expensive Miami!) spa pedicure was amazing! Best value in the area, hands down! The Spa pedicure was the best in town for the price. Although it's intimate in size, the staff are very professional and courteous. The staff is terrific, kind and caring. They really take the time to get to know their customers, so keep coming back. The salon is always very clean and comfortable, and their chairs are the best. (Seriously I could fall asleep in those things in like 2 seconds)My girlfriend and I used to go here, when she and I lived in MS, and her nails always looked stunning when she came out.
