This place is alright. Good if you just want something very basic. The first time I went in, they gave me a manicure and an eyebrow wax, but my nail tech kept talking about how much my nails sucked......
This place is alright. Good if you just want something very basic. The first time I went in, they gave me a manicure and an eyebrow wax, but my nail tech kept talking about how much my nails sucked... and then my friends toe polish didn’t look that good. The next time I went in there I asked for an eyebrow wax and the guy at the front desk said “we don’t do those”, once I explained that I have in fact received an eyebrow wax there before, he nervously smiled and just said that they only have one technician for that and she’s booked. Kind of weird, but alright. Not a terrible place but not very impressed

We were in town on vacation. I decided to get me and my husband a pedicure and manicure. It was awesome. Jennifer made my husband feel relaxed and good about getting his first pedicure and manicure. She gave him a great foot massage and spa pedicure. His feet looks great. His working hands look smoother now. Tam and Laura was so friendly as well. Laura did mine. They look great. Jennifer waxed my eyebrows. They are the best ever. Awesome customer service. We will definitely come back when we are in the area. We both left there relaxed and comfortable. Keep up the great work. Awesome Customer Service and great service is hard to find.

My daughter and I wanted to get our toes painted on vacation. They were so wonderful. The nail technician even painted the cutest pineapple on our toes....so fun! I would highly recommend this salon.

In town for a dance competition and decided to get a pedicure since I had some winnings at the casino and I think that was the best pedicure I have ever had. She did a great job.

I was in the area and even though they had some bad reviews on Facebook I decided to give them a chance. So I have long acrylic nails and needed a fill and also wanted to change the shape of my nails ...
I was in the area and even though they had some bad reviews on Facebook I decided to give them a chance. So I have long acrylic nails and needed a fill and also wanted to change the shape of my nails from coffin to almond. I went around 11am, wasn't busy at all so I was seated right away. I decided to get regular Polish instead of the gel coat. To my surprise the fill with Polish was only $18. They do charge $1 if you pay with credit card, which a lot of salons do. They speak very good english. Definitely coming back.

Walking out never to return. I sat there for 30 minutes after signing in and they took 3 walk ins before me. And no they didn't have appointments. I have been going there for a while now and never experienced this type of behavior. The husband & wife started talking about me & the situation, in another language, which I think is rude! And no, they will never get another dime of my money and I will let everyone know. One start is too many!!!! Rant over!!

As far as customer service goes, this is the best nail salon I've ever been to. They stayed over an hour past their closing time to finish my daughter and my mani-pedis which came out awesome. They were very welcoming and we had very nice conversation. I would highly recommend them.

Drink machine out of order. $1 charge if you use your credit card. The guy trimmed my nails, lotioned my feet and gave a very brief leg rub. Unbelievable.

Nice staff and clean store. I had Laurie/Lauren(?), she was really talkative and nice. Took a little longer than other places but did a good job, so it's worth it to me. I got a spa pedicure (w/callous scrub) and shellac polish on finger nails for a total of $55. Full manicure would have been another $10 (aka the hand massage and cuticle remover). I'd return.

We were in town on vacation. I decided to get me and my husband a pedicure and manicure. It was awesome. Jennifer made my husband feel relaxed and good about getting his first pedicure and manicure. She gave him a great foot massage and spa pedicure. His feet looks great. His working hands look smoother now. Tam and Laura was so friendly as well. Laura did mine. They look great.
