We came in for pedicures and we were lead to the chairs. Unfortunately we had to wait more than a half hour before we got started, I was afraid I would be all pruny before they even started. A bit of a wait but WELL WORTH it.  Vasty gave me the best pedi I've had in a while! I even broke my toe nails (from my work boots) but you can't even tell. My fingernail shape is also AWESOME. She took a lot of time and showed much love in rendering services to me. I am military and only in town for a short time but I will be back before I leave. This is the best nail salon that I have ever been to. The price is very reasonable, and they offer a military discount. Not to mention, the place is beautiful inside. All of the staff, including the owner, are incredibly friendly and attentive. Upon entering, you're immediately greeted, asked what services you'd like and offered a glass of wine, cup of tea or other beverage of choice. If your nails need to soak, they sit you in one of the pedicure stations and turn on the massage chair for you. I am normally ecstatic over the great work that I've received from this salon, wether it's an acrylic manicure or dip powder manicure, pedicures or eyebrow waxing. They do fabulous work in all areas. (I have to mention that the standard pedicure included 45 minutes of having my legs and feet massaged. No words can describe how amazing it was!)There was one instance where I left and wasn't quite happy with my nails. I just thought that they were too thick and not shaped to my liking, but I didn't make a fuss about it before leaving because the staff was absolutely swamped with other customers. (It was their Christmas party...which was fabulous in itself!) However, I returned the following Monday to see if there was any way to reshape my nails and make them thinner without starting all over again. With no questions asked, I was shown to a seat and given the same star treatment as always. Everybody was so apologetic and went above and beyond to make my nails beautiful. Afterwards, I was so pleased that I offered to pay again, but they would not even consider taking my money. I'm visiting my sister who lives in Biloxi and all I can say is that I wish this place was in Pittsburgh! It was AMAZING!!!   I had the signature pedi and the SNS manicure. I am relaxed and my feet/ legs feel awesome. The whole experience was so much fun. They gave us moscato and were all super friendly, funny and professional. So far so good!  I was immediately greeted by a staff member.  I picked my color from the huge wall of polishes and was quickly offered a seat.  I sat in the massage chair and waited like 5 minutes before the tech came over, which was fine because I had a chance to relax and catch my breath.  I was quickly offered a beverage.  The decor was sleek and elegant decorated in black & gold.  The lighting was something you would see out of a home and garden magazine.  The massage chairs were amazing, not too rough, just the right amount of pressure to help you relax.  The salon was very clean and well kept.  The tech who did my nails was so sweet and not rough at all.  I'm visiting Biloxi for 3 months and I think I hit the jackpot the first time around.  I will definitely be back for the remainder of the time I'm here. Came here to get our nails and toes done before my best friend's wedding and LET ME TELL YOU - They are were punctual, cordial, and funny. We had a great experience. All other nail salons told us it would be an hour plus wait and this salon got us in and out while sitting together. Highly recommend this to anyone in the area. Me and my sister went there for a spa day, we did pedicure and SNS and gelpolish. two girls did my sister's pedicure and gel polish. and one guy did my SNS and pedicure. both, one of the girls and the guy hurt our feet till blood!. The guy was very not patient with my SNS. and it was unpleasent feeling. The girls was very nice!. the pedicure itself generally was ok. and the gel polish was even good! The location is convenient and the staff is friendly and personable. The first time I went here, I got a basic pedicure and an acrylic set on my hands. The lady who did my hands had a cut on her and started bleeding a little bit, it grossed me out but thankfully no blood got on me. On my pedicure, when the lady used the rasp for getting the dry skin off, she nearly cut me on my heel two times, and it hurt really badly. I decided to give it another try, despite my experience because the environment is relaxing and I'm always one to give second chances. However, my second experience was the worst and made my mind up that I am never going back. I went to get a refill, and the lady who was doing my nails was first of all complaining that none of them had been on lunch yet and made a joke that she might faint. I didn't take it seriously and laughed it off because I do understand how hard this business can be with hardly getting time to eat. My whole family is in the beauty industry and this is just something that happens sometimes and the frustration should not be shared with your client. What I am mainly upset about is, was the quality of my refill, and her lack of energy definitely showed in her work, which was very sloppy. When she removed my previous nail color, it got all over my hands, which is not a big deal, but when I asked for her to get it all off she responded with "it would have washed off eventually," which is a HUGE NO NO in my books. I expect my hands to look perfect, I am paying for it after all. Secondly, cotton frays were dried in almost every single one of my nails and was very frustrating to have to pick it all out. I did not notice until I left the salon and looked in the sunlight. Went for the first time today, Rose was wonderful. I got a gel polish change and it was $25. My nails are beautiful and the salon is extremely nice. Decided I needed to finally stop making excuses and get my eyebrows done so I stopped into VIP nails because it's close to my house and looked pretty nice. The interior is very clean, has an upscale feel for Mississippi,  but does not have biloxi Mississippi prices! I ended up paying 77 dollars for a basic pedicure, gel basic manicure and my eyebrows done. The water for both the manicure and pedicure was cold. When they gave me the book to pick my pedicure, I was shcoked. 70 dollars for a honey pedicure and manicure! Why? I have had pedicures in 5 star resorts in Thailand,  and San Diego for that matter and never paid that much. Apparently, not wanting to spend 100 dollars offended the girls doing my manicure because she got a little attitude and started talking to the other girl that I was cheap. The whole time I felt a little judged, which is not a good feeling. When I went to get my eyebrows done I told the same girl who did my manicure do not put oil on my face, it always breaks me out. What does she do, put oil on my face anyway!!! At this point I'm beyond annoyed and just want too leave, so I continue to make small friendly talk and just let her finish. She does a mediocre job on my brows. I still have to go home and fix them. Then in the end she ended up over charging me after I already used my debit card. Beautiful interior with huge chandeliers inside, very classy. The staff is always so friendly. They offer you a glass of wine or water right when you sit down. The owners are very nice, very attentive to their customers. They got us seated quickly, brought us a complimentary beverage and had a technician start our Pedi's in no time!My favorite part of a pedicure is the massage (obviously) and if yours is too, ask for Dana, she does not skimp on the massage department, actually probably the best pedicure foot massage I've ever gotten :)My only complaints are that I wish it had been colder in the building and my water had been hotter instead of the other way around, but Dana made up for it and I will be a returning customer! Was in Biloxi for a work trip and was looking all over to find a nice nail salon when I discovered VIP. When I walked in, the owner, Katie, instantly greeted me and helped me locate the color I wanted. She also got me seated right away and gave me a cold glass of wine.
