It's a cute shop. They do a decent job on nails, but I don't recommend waxing, unless you need to wax everything off. I had my eyebrows done, and it was completely uneven. I asked the lady if she could give me a clean up and leave the tip of eyebrow untouch so it could grow out. When I looked in the mirror, my eyebrows got thinner and the tip was so thin, it looked like I only had a couple hairs left. Your eyebrows are on my face, and now they are uneven. I found myself in Biloxi with an hour to kill and pulled up to this salon. At first glance, I was a little worried, but as the saying goes you should never judge a book by its cover! AWESOME! I am from Louisiana. We're here in Biloxi on a Marriage Retreat. I finally talked my husband into getting his 1st Pedicure. I am thankful that we chose Hannah's. I got the Herbal Pedicure here.  The atmosphere is relaxing and the service was amazing.  The people who work here are super friendly and nice.  The leg and foot massage was fantastic.  The gentleman that was doing the pedi hit all the pressure points and I was very relaxed after the pedicure.  The owner came over personally to thank me for coming which never happens when I got other places.  I wish I lived here because this would be my place to come for pedicures.  I did not get a mani here so I cannot review that.  If I'm back in the area, I will come back here!! This is hand down the best pedicure I've ever received. They salon was clean, the staff was fantastic and the environment was relaxing.My husband and I did the herbal pedicures. They were fantastic and refreshing - just what we needed. The only down side - I live too far away (Texas) to come on a regular basis. If I am ever in town again, I will definitely be back! Fabulous experience. Use of herbs and essential oils in the water, oil and lotions for the pedi!!! Loved! Mani same products..loved dipping hands in the paraffin!! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Everything was cleaned within salon while we were there near closing. The tools were sterilized in a machine....I was highly impressed. I just moved here from the NYC area and was looking for a local nail salon. I came here for the first time and was definitely not disappointed. The staff go above and beyond to make sure you are 100% satisfied and they do excellent work. The nail color choices are excellent and good quality. They are good enough if you have to do something quick and just need color.. It's a small salon kinda compact. I mean I lived down here in the south for quite a while now and this isn't the worst place I've been to. When getting my pedicure I like my toe nails cuts... But the lady didn't cut them until I finally had to tell her that I would like my toe nails cut. She painted them kinda sloppy where when I left I had to go home and use nail polish remover to get the polish off of my skin. My nails were decent they were pretty quick with it there was just a little bit of unevenness with my nail shape. I love Hanna's Nails!! The staff are all super friendly, take their time with each customer, and do a great job! I've been getting pedicures here for about a year - I love trying all of the different herbal ones! (They also do waxing - I have been very pleased with how FAST and efficient they are when they do my eyebrows!) Their pedis last several weeks - the polish doesn't chip! Yesterday I got a full set (solar) and my 2 year old wanted her nails painted for Easter. Xandy so patient with her and even added glitter! Stumbled upon Hannah's after one of the wives said she got a manicure here.My first session was a gel manicure which was ok, def better than the last two places but still nothing like I'm used to.Second session was a regular manicure which was ok especially from going  from gel (which I love!) to regular polish.They have a lot of different choices as far a color goes both regular polish and gels.Their pedicure services look AMAZING! Different types of herbal/botanical pedi's but unfortunately I haven't received a pedi here. The regular mani was ok but started chipping and fading like a week later.Everyone here is very nice and accommodating. Myself along with 3 other girls came here before the Marine Corps ball and there were only two nail techs but they were efficient and turned us over 2 by 2 fairly quick.Also got my underarms waxed here by the owner and she was quick!There are many nail shops here in Biloxi and especially on Pass rd. I stopped by today to try it out because it is close by. I had gone to Queens previously and was not very impressed. When I got to Hannah's I was surprised to hear they have been here for two years and had no reviews. Not sure if it is normal for all places to be slow during the week morning but it was slow this morning and I was the only one in there for a little while. The place was clean and the people seem very nice.I just went in for a shellac manicure today and was very impressed by the job. I prefer it to my previous experience in town. I will definitely go back to try them out for a spa pedicure. And I was very happy with the price. Read Less
