First time trying Paradise Nail Spa today.Went in about 10:30 this morning and was greeted and helped right away. Great customer service. Previous client noted a small selection of gel polish (in 2015) their selection now has a large array of colors and brands. I received a deluxe pedicure and a gel manicure. They pedicure was amazing and feels looks great! She did an amazing job. My issues are actually with the gel polish. I keep my nail fairly short, however during this time my nails were SO very short and frail from previous gel, moving/packing and having them break off short. She seemed hesitant to do just a gel manicure for me. The color turned out somewhat spotty near the cuticles and ends of nails. Very difficult to explain. But concerned it isn't going to I will update with how long it actually last as good and long as the last salons job.REVIEW EDIT 4 days later and my gel nails are chipped and coming off. :-( My last gel manicure (from a different salon) last month last 3 weeks before any chips! I'm in the area almost every week. Super picky about pedicures. When I say super picky, I mean to the point that I won't wear open toe shoes if my toes aren't done or have a chip. My gel pedicure had started to grow out. I needed to find a place to go. Looked at Yelp, fortunately, so the outside of the strip mall didn't bother me. Inside was a pristine, clean, sanctuary. The pedicure bowls were not only sanitized between customers, but also lined with disposable plastic. All the instruments that weren't new and thrown away after use were sterilized using an autoclave and then individually packaged.  5 for cleanliness 5 for value5 for customer service 5 for an excellent pedicure I'll be back and if you're looking for a place to have your nails done and you don't know where to go. Don't let the location fool you. This place is awesome.The other day I found myself trying to figure out a kid friendly activity that involved A/C and a roof since it was raining outside. I am always down for a massage chair and pedicure so when I suggested that, the kids were like hell yeah dad. They didn't really say that, but I don't remember what they said and figured I could add anything righ chea and you would be none the wiser. Oops.Anyway, back to the review. When I pulled up I will be honest and tell you I almost cut a donut and got the heck out of there. The location is in an older strip mall and appeared somewhat sketchy. But the kids were like " man up dude" and so I did. Inside it was excellent.There was the typical setup inside with the polish wall, finger stations, drying places, and then a row of massive massage chairs. The massage chairs were awesome. Like fall asleep in relaxation awesome. I am not sure of what the difference was in other places, but those were great.We picked some medium range pedicure than included a foot massage. I have no idea what the people were saying when they laughed at my feet, but they did a great job. My feet and legs felt so good afterwards I made my kids carry me to the car. Ok, I didn't really, but they need like a wheel chair or something to wheel you out after.If you need a pedicure and you're in BSL, get yourself here. Trust me on this. Read Less

I came today with 3 ladies from my family including my grandmother. They made sure to give her the wonderful treatment she deserves and was very careful with how they handled her feet since she has arthritis. Very clean, loved the massage chairs, the owner came by and explained the menu differences to me as it was my first time with my nail tech lady. The chair basins that aren't being used are even covered up. Never seen that before. Definitely recommend. Signature (best choice) pedicure $29 Read Less

This salon is AMAZING! Me and my boyfriend's mom were on vacation here and needed a manicure and pedicure badly! This salon was by far the best experience we have ever had getting our nails done! I was just traveling through Bay St Louis and needed a pedicure badly. I called on a Saturday and they were able to take me. Salon is bright and roomy. Techs were very nice and they did a great job. Will visit again! Read Less

Very clean, professional and friendly staff.  I just moved to the area and, quite frankly, was afraid to get my gel nails done locally.  I was pleasantly surprised.  Awesome job done with my pink and white nails!  Perfect colors and not too thick...love them!  Will definitely go back! Read Less

I cannot explain how nice this place is. Upon walking in we were immediately greeted. The pedicure I got was definitely the best one I've ever had. One thing that I love about this place is you can definitely tell being clean and sanitary is a top priority. I love that in a nail spa. Definitely recommend to everyone! Monday a week ago I walked through their door. A gentleman greated me & I began telling him I was looking for a new salon & why. He listened, asked questions, showed me the supplies, explained procedures & most of all told me he used disposable tub liners. He, Wesley & his wife, Hannah, are the owners. Hannah, Wesley and Emily are awesome. Sanitary and beautifully pleasant atmosphere. I love being pampered. I am hard to please when it comes to mani and pedis. This is my 3rd time and they are the best by far. My first tips endured and lasted very well. I wash my hands many times a day so it is important that my manicure can take a lot of washing and stay beautiful. Highly recommended. Read Less

A great way to unwind anytime! Very relaxing experience! The soft, spa music playing in the background is very soothing. It's hard not to fall asleep in the oversized massage chairs.
