I have recently moved here and was unfortunate enough to stop at another salon to get a manicure and pedicure. The environment was very uncomfortable and while I am respectful of people speaking their native language, a salon is not the place to do it. The first time I came to this place I had to we wait 20min for another person to come do my nails even though I had made an appointment. Today I called and made an appointment and got told I would have to wait an hour and a half.... Mind you I had to drive 30 min just to get there. I definitely will not be returning to this nail shop! I love how my nails turned out! I'm not sure of the name of the woman who did them but she was great! I've been to many nail salons and this is the first time that I was asked how I liked the shape of my nail and asked if I liked how they looked (length and shape) before it was too late. The other places I've been to, the person doing my nails never really talks to me or makes me feel comfortable being at the salon but the woman helping me here kept conversation and it was fu...n and pleasant being in her presence. The reason I give it a 3 star is due to my friend and I had 6:00 appointments and it was 6:50 before we were able to be helped. I understand that places get busy and backed up but when I made the appointments that morning I wish I would have been told that they didn't have the ability in that time frame for the appointments and I would have been happy to try for a different time and day since I did drive 45 minutes one way for the appointment. I'm not sure if that's how busy and backed up they usually are since it was my first time at the salon but if so and if you're willing and have the time to wait, I would suggest coming here because the quality is great! I've been to many nail salons.... T Nail is By far my favorite, they will talk with you and go above and beyond for you! They really know what they are doing. Such a clean and inviting atmosphere. I've visited other salons that give me what I ask for but the best quality of product comes from T nails. Worst customer service skills ever. I was informed that because I had gotten my Full Set in Sioux Falls they would not be able to fix the chip on my thumb.  She tried to tell me it was at first she wanted to Super Glue it because they didn't have my tip, I showed her where I could see it in plain sight on the counter.  Then it was because they had customers coming in 20 minutes (uhm, what kind of fix takes 20 minutes??) so I politely said I would wait (figuring I could go next door and do a little bonus shopping at Maurices) for them to finish the appointments they had already confirmed, which I completely understand. The wife informed me, and her husband "SHE GO ELSE WHERE WE DONT NEED HER BUSINESS!" He tried to calm her down but she was not having that. I ended up leaving and going to a different salon, but I quite frankly think it was very unprofessional. I would not recommend this place to my enemies! Read Less
