I've tried quite a few nail salons for a full set of acrylics since that's the only reason I go to full service salons, and I just moved to the area so I figured I would try Nail studio 06. The best salon and employees I've ever been to and dealt with! It feels so cozy when you walk inside and they don't judge you if you want to change something at the last minute. They also are very attentive to the work you want done, and ask lots of questions to make sure they get it exacrly how you want them. Very talented group of people and I won't be going anywhere else! Patrick is an absolutely wonderful nail tech and person. I never came to the shop before and I'm so use to sticking with my norm and a friend told me about the shop so I figured I would give it a try. I had an idea of what i wanted done but being the indecisive person I am I changed my mind a million times while he was doin my fill. Long story short he was patient with me, gave me a few ideas but in the end I told him do what he wants.... my nails turned out so damn beautiful everyone has asked me all day where I went. i went there on a walk in and was asked rudely if i had an appointment. they let me pick my color but then 25mins later they told me i could not do my manicure and that i should come back later. never going back here. terrible customer service. there was two employees doing their own nails when i had gone in. they weren't busy at all. don't go here. Patrick did an awesome job on the gel manicure with my daughter, niece, and I. He took the time to explain about our nail beds and what was best for all of us. Patrick took the time to double check on our nails before finalizing any designs and work. The shop is overall clean and the staff are very respectful. I am VERY picky about my nails and have annoyed other studios in the past with my picky self and had just stopped going to the studio I was at for 4 years when I saw an add. I went in and have been going back since the first time in I think November. They are the most friendly staff that never make you feel awkward for asking to change something. I have been going to this nail salon since August of 2016 on a recommendation from my friend. I am so glad I found this place.  Patrick, the owner, is the most skilled nail person I have ever had.  I've been getting gel manicures that are beautifully done, last a long time, and are reasonably priced.  My nails have never looked so good, and I get compliments on them all the time, especially my sparkly red nails for Christmas. I took my granddaughter there yesterday for acrylic nails with gel polish.  The result was amazing!  Blue polish with a bit of white polish on the tips that looks like snow!  She said she is going to show pictures of her nails on the various types of media that teenage girls use because she is so pleased.   The salon is fairly small, quiet and relaxing, the people there are so welcoming and so nice, and they speak excellent English, and the salon is so clean.   I was frustrated with other salons in Woodbury because of the following reasons: noisy atmosphere,  non-English speaking chatter by the employees and bosses who treated their female employees like they were slaves, and not very clean surroundings such as a slimy residue in the water of the pedicure chairs.  But most importantly, gel manicures that didn't last very long, and rather high prices.   For gel manicures and acrylics, I suggest asking for Patrick.  For pedicures, any one is fine. I suggest making an appointment but many times, I can call there, and ask then I can see Patrick, and get in the same day. Read Less

Iv gone to more then 15 different nail salons and each one they either can't shape them right or they are all uneven, or just an overall bad job, but this place proved me wrong. I've had pedicures there many times with no complaints. Then one time last summer I got the owners sister who was helping out from out of town...super loud and opinionated...she was massaging my calves/shins and I told her it hurt and asked her to be more gentle. She told me that she knows reflexology and that if it hurts it means your muscles need the rough massage and that it would stop hurting soon. I got a mani/pedi here last week, and it was fabulous.I was seated moments after walking in, and the technician did an excellent jobs with both hands and feet.The polish job was great- my nails didn't chip for a full five days, and I work very intensively with my hands (also did no touch-ups with topcoat- that would have made it last even longer I'm sure). The experience was great too, they spend a lot of time cleaning your feet & hands before ever applying the polish.All for a reasonable price (44 dollars for a student), I'll be coming back. Read Less
