I don't even know where to begin on this upsetting horrid experience ! My usual nail lady is gone on vacation and I am in a wedding next weekend. Mind you I told sandy (the girl who did my nails) that I was IN a wedding. Thinking that would want her to do a great job! Noooo not at all. (I was also the only person in there for the first 40 minutes) WORST full set of nails I've ever gotten. she cut me several times where I was legit bleeding. My nails are crooked. The polish job is horrible my 6 year old daughter could've done better! And the fill itself? Exceptional clean and beautifully decorated high-end nail salon. The environment is calming and peaceful, allows for complete relaxation. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Use these reviews for your reference as I should have. I called ahead and asked who does pink and white well and can do them very thin. I was given an appointment to come in. The owner started doing my nails and first it was the sloppiest job I have ever seen done in having nails for over 30 years, secondly these nails were awful barely beauty college quality. I asked for thin and what I received was thick, lumpy and poorly shaped nails. He kept telling me this is a new way to do nails. Seriously? I'm not new, but apparently taking some ones money is more important than keeping a client and producing quality work. I do agree with the other reviewer that speed is a problem. The shop was empty and yet he was working so fast, like he had a line of patrons waiting. Who knows if a quality set could have been done if he had taken his time. I did only receive 2 cuts, not serious......but I was more concerned about the open cuts on his hands almost touching mine. Sanitation is also lacking. Save your money and frustration. I know I wish I would have and I would have not had to go buy acetone only to soak off his mess of my nails. Good luck! Read Less

Love the shop! I am so suprised at the negative reviews! I've been going there for 4 years now and everything is great. The guy is really nice, and everything is so relaxing. The shop is very clean, they offer you coffee, water, or tea. One time I went there, i witnessed these two girls getting their hands and feet done and ran off without paying, the owner handled it very well too. Love the shop, totally recommend it! Gel pedicure lasted less than a week... The told me it would last up to two months. They literally popped off as if it was a fake nail. I payed $25 and tipped another $5. I was in another country and went to talk to them when I got back. Mistakes happen and I thought they should have the chance to fix it. The guy who did my nails the first time said he couldn't do anything because it was too long and he didn't remember. He offered to do it again for $15. Went in here today because my normal place was swamped. BIG MISTAKE!!!The manager was helpful and started me off right. He then transferred me to a sweet young lady who was OBVIOUSLY NEW!!!  1:45 later she had cut my own nails off without asking. She never bothered to ask if it was okay.  IT WAS HORRIBLE. I have come here a few times within the past 8 months.  My first experience in getting a gel manicure was great, as the woman who did it did an awesome job.  The last few times I have come have were not so great.  The gel manicure was not that hot and my nails were uneven and jagged in some spots.  What turned me off the most was the man (who I believe is the owner), seems to be a bit disrespectful to his staff.  It was obvious he was yelling at the one staff member in Vietnamese while the individual was giving a pedicure.  This has resulted in taking my business elsewhere. Went in for a pedicure and was so disappointed. Horrible job. My toe nails were not even shaped nice and the damn lady did such a horrible job with painting my toe nails. I thought this place was NEW---because I saw a grand opening sign there approximately a month ago---but when I attempted to ask how long they have been there the guy told me a few years----perhaps they just changed the name.  Typical nail place where they usher you in to "pick a color" try to sell you gel nails and shame you for not wanting that.  They did a good job on the feet but then rushed with the hands and globbed up the paint ---did not get all my cuticles and I had to ask for them to do a better job filing.I thought the prices were high for the quality. This place looks nice, but once inside, the workers were NOT friendly. They talk to each other but no one else. The prices are kind of high. Lastly, and most importantly, I had the worst manicure of my life. I have almond shaped nails, and before even looking at them, the woman doing my nails filed them into rounds. SUPER UNEVEN, crappy looking rounded tips. Except my thumb and two other fingers are just a diagonal line on one side. I could have done it myself with better results. I was cut with a file twice. To the point of bleeding. I also was burned once by the electric file. So, pretty awful experience. Will not be going to this location or the other one (MIA Nails) ever again. I basically wasted $22.
