In December I had a great experience, with a wonderful, lasting manicure/pedicure. I raved so much, my daughter decided to treat myself, her and her two girls-ages 3 and 6-to a manicure/pedicure.None of us received a 'wonderful' service. The calluses I arrived with, I took home. My untrained sister did a better paint job, two weeks ago. The one lady was downright rude and hostile. It was very obvious she did not care to deal with children. Both children were exceptionally well behaved. Less than 5 hours later, one of the girl's finger paint has already come off. I suppose it might be too much polish remover added to the polish. Yes, I witnessed a girl adding to the polish, to thin it.Don't go here expecting anything other than a rushed, sub-optominal service.My daughter informed them we would not be returning. No remorse. I went her this afternoon, and now I remember why I ALWAYS go to 1st nails!!! The lady that did my nails was very rude and very rough on me. She kept twisting my arm in an unnatural position and was very uncomfortable. I'm a stylist and you can't work with people like that! I wasn't going to post this but since I was by the studio and the response they gave me to my complaint, I decided to put it out there. I got a pedicure and a manicure at the nail studio on July 3rd, went on vacation and when I came back decided to take off my polish and not get another mani/pedi right away. Under both ring fingers I had green in/on my nail. In all my life I only had this once before (from the salon using dirty tools). I cut my nails down to the bit and only ...had 2 small spots on both ring fingers. So today, about 6 weeks later I went into the studio, talked to the lady that said she was the Manager and she looked and shrugged it off and said okay. Now I told her when I had them done and I wanted to let them know before I post anything online. She shrugged and said okay, not sure what I expected but it wasn't that. By far and away, the Best gel set I've ever had! They were very clean and very cordial. They also had a ton of colors to pick from. I went with my sister and since she was using a walker, they were very kind and didn't make her get up to wash her hands, but brought a warm towel and did it for her. Gone here twice and would definitely go back for more.  Pedicure chairs are new, give a great massage, and place is clean :).  Staff does a great job and will take extra time to give a massage if you go with the Deluxe Pedicure.  Got a gel manicure and I like that they use a primer.  Hours are great as well given they are open 7 days a week. Excellent nail studio, Gee is incredible doing pedicures! Beautiful, clean place with incredibly nice staff. Pauline did a great job on my daughter's pedicure and made her SO comfortable, she is only 10. Highly recommend! Read Less

Amazing experience. Extremely clean and excellent customer service. Kim did a great job on my pedicure and gave an incredible foot massage; definitely worth the 10 minute upgrade. Came in on a Tuesday morning without an appointment and someone was available immediately. They did a beautiful job on my nails! I showed her a picture of a manicure with cats painted on the ring fingers and she did them almost exactly the same. Obviously not everyone is looking for a manicurist who can draw cats but if you are, she (Gee or Bee) will not disappoint. It was okay, the biggest reason I have for giving it a three star is the girl I had not getting the hang nail out of the big toe.  I can't be the only woman in the world who has a hard time digging at that and wanting to screw with your feet afterwards.  ... That is half the reason you pay someone else to do it, right? Employees were friendly, the environment looks clean, prices were mall prices. I would probably go back and try to get another girl.
