Took an hour and a half to get a pedicure! Walked in and they took me, sat and waited 30 minutes with my feet soaking before Christina came to do my nails. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE😢 1st nail Tech asked the gal sitting next to her to help her because she was not familiar with doing an ombr a, and the girl refused and told her to make me wait after I had already been there for an hour and a 1/2 because her new client was there. I drive an hour away just to get my nails done and they always look amazing. It's a very clean establishment and all the workers are very nice. I now don't ever go anywhere else. If you get a full set they always are perfect, with no crooked or chipped polish. Read Less

Went to get a pedicure with family and had a great time! Staff is friendly and everyone got a great pedicure with great service. I even had to put my socks and shoes back on after my nails dried, which is always risky business, and they lasted the whole trip through the grocery store and home! I showed up two days ago letting them know I live an hour away. I made a appointment to get my brows done at 5. She said " ok come at 5" because their hours are typically different and nobody notified me they were closing early I arrived 10 minutes late. 38 weeks pregnant with my two toddlers and the door was looked and people stood there staring at me was kind of disappointing 😞Still rating four stars because my experience here as always been wonderful I just hate that I wasted two hours drive time. The process they used for removing gel polish was to soak my entire finger in acetone and continue to scrape...and scrape.....and scrape.  My nails are now paper thin and completely damaged.  The space was also quite dirty.  I will not return. Read Less

HATED this place. The only positive I can give, is the employees I interacted with. My gel manicure/pedicure didn't even last a week, and the girl doing eyebrow waxing was double-dipping her stick AND, stuck it in her mouth when she wasn't using it to wax! I heard such positive things about this salon so I thought I give it a try. I usually give bad experiences a second chance but I will not be returning to this place. I got a pedi and the employee acted like he hated his job and kept walking away during my pedi. While I was getting my overlay done, the employee kept filing my nails until they burned. I had to yank my hands a few times because she didn't know she was burning me. I initially wanted designs on my nails but was having such a bad experience I just left it at the gel polish. I am so in love with this place. You go in there and everyone is so welcoming. They joke around with you and make the atmosphere very inviting. My nails look amazing. I got a full set and I have no crooked nails! That's huge for me because usually I have at least 1 messed up nail,but not with this place. I have 10 perfect nails. This is now my go to nail place. I went in on a Friday night at 6pm because I had just received a gift certificate to Sassy Nails as a birthday gift. When I entered the shop, the receptionist stared at me with a blank look on her face until I asked her if I could have a regular manicure. Instead of answering, she turned around, whispered back and forth with one of the technicians- I could clearly hear "should we just tell her (.......)?", she turned back to me and in her monotone voice said "we can't take you, sorry." And immediately went back to what she was doing. No explanation, and she honestly sounded really bored by the whole thing. That's just bad business practice. If I did not have a gift certificate, I would not come back to this place with its unwelcoming atmosphere, but alas. One star because the place looked alright as far as cleanliness goes. Read Less

I absolutely love this place! They do a great job, take their time on your nails, yet work efficiently. There are always plenty of manicurists available, so I've had my nails done by at least five different people and I have never been disappointed. The prices aren't too high and I believe I get what I pay for each time! My favorite is the gel manicure because when I get it done here it actually does last for about three full weeks making my life much simpler!! I always leave feeling pampered and like a whole new woman. On visits when I have time to spare, I opt for the mani/pedi combination. The standard pedicures they give here are top notch!! I love the sea salt scrub they use and they give the best massages. It's so relaxing to sit there and either chat with the very friendly women and men or to pick up a magazine and read. They always seem to have the last issues of Cosmo and People magazine, so it's the perfect time for me to read up on some ridiculous romance tips and catch up on all those juicy celeb scandals!! This is the best, most affordable nail salon I've been to in the area for sure. And they even take American Express, so no need to stress about having cash on hand. Read Less

There was only two other customers when I had my nails done, so it wasn't busy. The woman who helped me kept answering her cell phone and walked away a couple times...while she was doing my nails. She also got nail polish on my fingers while she was painting my nails and just left it looking sloppy. I would not go here again, was disappointed with service. Read Less
