I’ve gone to Perfect 10 for a few years for pedicures, and I have always been happy! I used to live 10 minutes away in White Bear, but even since moving to Oakdale I still travel the extra 5-10 minutes to come here. Everyone is very friendly, they always offer water or pop while you’re there, and they’ve taken me both by appointment or as a walk-in with no issues. Rude and horrible service!!! I go get my nails done right before I leave for a birthday trip. They mess up my nails, and tell me that I can come back and get them fixed anytime for free. I ask if they can fix them right then and there because I will not be in town for the next couple of weeks. They said no but when I come back they will fix them for free. So when I finally come back, they lie and say they told me to come back before 2 days. I would have never agreed to that. They offer me a $5 coupon while laughing. Never again will I come here. I was disappointed with my dip manicure. I informed the tech that my nails were thick and lumpy. She said it was fine. I received a call from Kevin offering 1/2 price on my next service. The worst nail salon. Started out great with a woman tech I had my children with me then switched with a guy he was rude rushed and charged me 50$ just to put gel on and wasn't even going to put a top coat on my nails shood me out the door never again...as a professional nail salon your going to have paying customers with kids what's worse my children were very well manored.. Today was my first visit at perfect 10 nail salon and it was amazing. I got the signature pedicure with Mia and it had to be the best I've ever received. I really appreciate the experience I have at this salon each time I go. The owners and the employees like knowing us as their clients and friends. They are very clean and always spend the last hour of the day doing a deep clean if the floor and the workstations. They use sterilized equipment to complete manicures and they use plastic to line the pedicure tubs. They also offer water and soda, which is so nice. Lastly all of the employees wear face masks to protect themselves from the chemicals and I really think that says a lot about the management and their desire to keep their people healthy. By far my favorite nail salon in the Twin Cities! I've been many places since my 9 year nail tech moved to FL and finally found my new spot! Honestly this has been the best nail salon I've ever been to. It was my first time there last week and I am a people watcher. I noticed when I first came in they were very busy on a Sunday but still managed to take me. When customers came in,I kid you not, the workers knew them by their first name and already had their inside jokes going. They are very friendly and very organized. I believe it was Labor Day when my sister, sister in law, and I visited this salon. It was the only place open out of the 3-5 places we looked up. Everyone was closed on this holiday. The place was very clean and classy. We all did pedicures. The ladies were very polite. They had an official wait list, where you could write down your name. They didn't talk in their native languages while servicing us. I think it's very rude for them to talk to each other in their native tongue while servicing. I mean,   English is my second language too, but I don't talk in my native tongue while I have customers. It's a level of professionalism I provide to my customers. Perfect 10 has that level of professionalism. The specialist was very attentive and did a great job. Not to mention the polish lasted for what seemed like forever! No chips! Just stayed on for a long time! The prices are a few dollars more than normal places, but I don't care. In my specific experience, I would highly recommend this place to friends and family. I also do basic pedicures and paint job. So, I'm pretty simple. My sister did a design on her captain toe, which was lovely. She really liked it. I can't remember what my sister in law had done. I had the powder nails put on in a pink color, the color faded within a week. When I went back Kevin said they were having problems with that color and proceeded to put the same color on, a week later the colors had faded again, Kevin  said he was frustrated but there was nothing he could do. This is the only place I will go to. Katie and Kevin are amazing. They learn all the customers names and they are constantly making sure your experience is above and beyond and the staff is always friendly. My sister and I wanted pedicures, so we walked in and were warmly greeted. It was our first time here. The salon was basically full, and busy with just a few open seats. After we were advised to pick out our nail polish colors, we sat down and waited about 10 minutes before being told to sit down in the massage/pedi chairs. While it was nice having our feet soak instead of waiting in the waiting area, our feet had to of been soaking for a good 30 mins before anyone even came over to us. When the pedicurist came over, he started with me first as my sister still sat there next to me with her feet soaking. The employee who was giving me my pedicure honestly seemed to be rushing, bc he had just finished up with another client and needed to get back to her, to complete her manicure. I didn't feel relaxed at all, and it wasn't a very pleasant pedicure. After he was finished, he went off and continued with the other customer. I almost feel like he just "took a break" and came over to give me my pedi. I wasn't happy, or satisfied at all. My feet were still cracked as he did not remove all the dead skin/dryness. And I sat there for about 20 additional minutes, as my sister was finishing up with her pedi. When we were both finished we were seated over by the UV light, to dry our toes. We sat there for a good 20-30 minutes before we left. After I paid, and left the salon I realized the nail polish on my right toe had smudged. That really irritated me, as I feel like I just wasted $60 on a "pedicure", in which I didn't enjoy and normally do. I do not live in town, but I highly doubt my sister will be going back to this salon. I almost feel as though the pedicurist was rushing with me, so he forgot to apply some of the products, bc my toenails have bumps underneath the polish, and the polish itself isn't nice and smooth, instead it's rough and doesn't feel right. It's unfortunate that our first time here, will also be our last time. A lot of the surrounding salons were closed on this day, and I felt confident coming here bc the reviews were decent. Been searching for a nail place that is open Sundays and this place is great! My acrylic fill was quick and done sooooo well! They have great deals and customers gain points everytime they go. Bring cash though..you cannot put your tip on your card and I didn't know that so I couldn't tip as I do not carry cash. Will go back for sure!! Read Less

Over priced for basic services, give you more expensive services and don't tell you. Went in for a fill which is usually no more than 20 wherever you go, they have two different types, over double price difference and gave me the more expensive one without telling me. Complained trying to get my money back, just the price difference between the two and was argued in circles till I finally hung up. Will never be going back. Read Less

I went in on my lunch break to get a fill. The only reason I decided to try them out is that they are across the street from where I work and I did not have time to go to my normal salon. When I walked in I showed them my nails (I get a pink and white gel set with colored acrylic rather than nail polish or shellac) and I asked them if they did that style. She said yes and told me to sit down, then I was approached by another gal who started clipping my nails shorter stating that they do not do the 2 colors acrylic that she would give me fill and shellac the color. I was irritated since she had already started clipping my nails before explaining this to me, but I said fine. Well instead of filing away all of the previous acrylic (the pink and the blue color that I currently had) she just filed away part of the pink and filled the bottom part of my nails, then proceeded to just shellac the green color I chose over the blue. Well duh, common sense already dictates that you cannot just cover a dark blue with a dark green. Anyway I tried to discuss with her and the owner on what in the world that they were doing, and the owner just said that I should have asked them what I wanted. Which I did 3 separate times, I also explained that I have never seen a nail salon not file down all the acrylic to give a clean slate to work with. All in all I had to pay $25 for a very sub par gel fill and not even an apology or a way to make things right. I will never go back and I will definitely never recommend them in anyway. Read Less
