I LOVE this place. Theresa is so good at what she does, and is just as much of a perfectionist as I am. She did the fastest acrylic fill I’ve ever had, but also did them better then I’ve ever had. Sally gave me an amazing manicure & pedicure. She was kind, thoughtful and respectful. She is skilled and educated in her field. She was very helpful in picking out what type of polish should be used as well as the color. She explained pricing to me and explained the services provided. I don't know where all the staff that received such high ratings were this afternoon? I could tell when I walked in, I was more of an inconvenience than a welcomed guest. The service was rushed, harsh and unpleasant...things you'd least appreciate during a pedicure. The woman was rude, hard on my feet, rushed, hurt my toe on each foot when trimming the cuticles, abrasive when messaging. I'm not a wimp when it comes to pedicures but do expect a comforting gentle approach. I'm not negative by nature and am more likely to praise review, but felt this service warranted a low rating. I hope it was just a bad day and maybe it was not Sally who provided such an unpleasant experience this afternoon. I will not be returning but wish them the best. (I felt horrible for the woman getting married tomorrow who was trying to celebrate the milestone with her nieces and sister with a mani pedi. Not a fun vibe in there at all.) Read Less

I brought my daughter here for her first pedi and wish I would have waited the hour to get into my usual place.   The lady that did her pedi buffed her heal so hard that it drew blood and left my daughter in tears when we left.   The worst part was the lady that did this did not apologize or seem sorry about it at all.  Very poor customer service.   The cleanliness of this place is terrible.  When my lady reached into the sterilizing liquid to retrieve the cuticle trimmers I noticed a bunch of debris floating in there and a large toe nail trimming.   I would give this review negative stars if I could.   I'm surprised this place is still in business.   In hind site it would explain why no one was there when we got there and the other 2 local nail places had 1-2 hour waits!
