Horrible. I have been a customer on and off over the years but won’t ever go back. My current nail salon is being remodeled and I decided to give them another try. They typically take all walk ins even when they are stretched thin for staff and then ignore their scheduled customers. Today I had an appointment at 1 and arrived at 12:45. Upon arrival I was told they had taken some walk ins and “forgot” my appointment. They wanted me to come back another day. Why would I do that when they don’t keep their own scheduled appointments? This is my favorite place to get pedicures. Nice staff, even though I only go every 3 months or so they know who I am. Generally I am always happy with my nails and they last a long time. The salon is clean and bright. In the past they used to let their regulars have their own tool kit, which made me feel a lot better about safety/sanitation, but they stopped doing that maybe a year and a half ago.My only complaint is that sometimes they have a really long wait for a walk in, and even when I tell them I'll come back at a later time that day or make an appointment in advance they don't always honor that. This awful experience started as soon as I walked through the door. I had scheduled a mani/pedi appointment and waited for 30 minutes while nail technicians were not busy. After someone seated me at my pedicure chair I was asked if I wanted to use the massage chair, I kindly said "no, thank you." And they proceeded to turn on the chair. No big deal. I've worked in the beauty industry for 8 years and this was by far the worst pedicure I've received. My nail tech only exfoliated one foot and didnt clean up the messy edges left over from her paint job. I stayed optimistic before receiving my manicure. That was the worst of them all. The nail dryer she wanted me to use wasn't working so she made me reach to another table then got frustrated when my left arm would reach across my body to the dryer. She bumped my nail with her arm and never fixed the mistake until I requested. She put lotion on my arm after she painted my nails so they were still wet and got lotion on my thumb and told me not to touch it. She made me dry under the lamp with lotion on my nail and then I had to wipe it off when I left the salon which left a residue. If I hadn't paid with a debit card I would have asked for a refund, but I knew asking for a refund on my card was pointless. I'm just thankful that I'm not a permanent resident in this area and can go back home to have my nails done. So this is a split decision. Had mani pedi done. Pedi was good. Not great, but very good. Nice hot water, great chair, decent job with trimming nails. Massage was a bit weird. What also was weird is the staff kept switching places. But the mani? I do gel nails for 2 reasons: they take less time (no drying, etc) and last more time (up to 3 weeks). Well this took forever. She kept changing the drying light, and put the stuff on too thick so it took longer to dry, and now it's kinda globby and uneven in spots. Oh well. Read Less

My niece recommend this salon. There were 3 of us in our party and we all loved it. The pedicures were great. In fact 2 days later my legs and feet still felt great from the massage. The nail color selection was amazing too. I would highly recommend going to them. Read Less

I went there and immediately felt unimportant. I had difficulty telling the person what I wanted. They sat me down and hardly put any effort into my nails. During the process the guy who was doing my nails had his cell phone go off. It was very loud but what i couldn't believe was that HE ANSWERED IT...took a little break...and TALKED...While doing my nails. Really? Read Less
