Love it here! Started doing the dip manicure. First couple times they were delicate and some broke. My nail remained so they fixed it without a charge as is apparently customary with the dip. Now on my 3rd or 4th dip and things are great! I will continue to come here even when I move much further south of Saint Paul. So many colors to choose from. I think that they should have a discount on the dip and pedicure like they do with a mani pedi and gel mani and pedi but otherwise its great! Read Less

I don’t get “manis or pedis” very often but I think I should more often. Guys shouldn’t have a hang up going to get their nails done. Getting a pedicure is relaxing. These folks are so nice every time I come in and it’s such a clean and relaxing environment. No strong fumes either. Definitely a fantastic shop for some self maintenance. Read Less

I'm very happy with my $16 cash manicure! I have natural nails and had them polished. No gel for this girl. I walked in and they had an opening immediately. There are two receptionists caucasian and young. The rest of the employees there are of Asian decent which is typical of other good nail places I have been to. I went in for a walk in appointment at 1:45 PM. I was told it would be 25 minutes, within a few seconds I was told it would be 40 minutes. After 45 mins of waiting, I was told it was going to be an additional 30 minutes.Read Less

I'm not a big pedicure person but my friend wanted to go. Why not, summer was starting and I wanted to wear sandals without embarrassment. We were told on the phone to come in 20 minutes, that we didn't need an appointment but a big group of been just leaving. And we did get in right away once we walked in. The place is big with lots of chairs. They sat us down right next to each other. There's a sign saying if you break your bottle of nail polish it is $12. We were seated at our chairs and I put the nail polish at the end of my station where my feet go. And a manager he came by and told me I didn't want to spend $12 on  a broken bottle of nail polish. I guess that was not the right place to put the nail polish. I also put my purse on the little table between our chairs. But I was also teased as she moved my purse put their supplies. I guess they are used to regulars who know where to put things? My friend had a weird nerve thing between her toes where she gets too squeamish and the lady did a good job at trying to go at a good pace. We were offered an excepted a bottle of water. Our ladies were friendly and chatted a little but also gave us time to chat with each other. I wish I would've been given instructions on how long it takes for my nails to get throughly dry because I put my sandals on too early and botched the job. $30 down the drain. I could've asked. LENA! LENA! LENA! She is the ONLY person I want to do my nails. It's took me months to find a tech I like and I love her service!!! I always get my nails dipped and she does a fantastic job every time. She knows I have "issues" with Emory boards (I've been cut several times in the past by people who are sawing too fast and hard) so she goes very slowly and gently to make me feel more comfortable. She is incredibly meticulous and makes sure each nail looks perfect. Sometimes it takes about an hour and a half, but that's okay because they look amazing when she's done. Aside from her, everyone I have encountered there is very polite and friendly. Very nice, relaxing atmosphere. Lots of room for groups. I love it here and won't go anywhere else! Read Less

From the outside I wouldn't have ever guess that the ambiance is as beautiful as it is inside! It really is a SPA!Service is top notch! Right when my friend and I walked in we were greeted with smiles and conversation. We initially thought we wanted gel manicures but I'm so glad the shop manager educated us about dip nails. Love love love the dip nails done on my friend and I! I have been going here for a year and have had no complaints. I go in today and was completely discriminated against. The owner, TT, bends down and starts yelling at me because my appointment was taking too long because her technician messed up and he decided to start over. She yelled at me until the point I had to ask her what was going on because I felt extremely uncomfortable with everyone staring at us, so then continued yelling until I began to cry because I have never been so embarrassed in my life. It's a very nice place. All the girls were friendly, except the girl who did my nails. She was kind of rude & didn't talk to me the whole time. He did a crappy job as well. Two of the tips on my french manicure were glued on crooked, they were all different lengths, & the started lifting 2 days after I had them done. Like I said, nice place, but that girl is what made my experience bad. I'd come back again & ask for someone friendly & meticulous. Nails turned out okay. Pretty expensive compared to other nail salons. ALSO after getting my nails done, I was accidentally sprayed ALL over my body and face with water from the pedicure bowl faucet in front of the middle of the store (I was soaked).. from an employee who seemingly did not know how to work the faucet. An awful and embarrassing experience. Everyone stopped talking, to stare at me and laugh. I was NOT offered a discount, and although I requested to speak with the manager-- They have not called me or apologized.
