So I came in on a Saturday night with a picture of what I wanted my nails to look like. My 6 year old niece could make it look better. They got the base color right, but that's because I picked it out. I was also extremely disappointed in the fact that after I came in I had to wait 20 minutes for "my turn" but a lady walked in 15 minutes after me and got right in- skipping me (while I was just sitting there patiently). The only good thing is it only cost me $20 to get a gel nail color (there was no manicure even though I asked for the gel manicure). The lady didn't clean my cuticles or anything for a normal manicure. I'm now going to have to go to another place to get it taken off and redone (because my nails look like they should be on a 12 year old). Read Less

This is the only place I go to have my nails done. I've tried other salons that charge much more, and did an inferior job. I've found other salons to take MUCH longer with fills and the nails didn't last. Here, they have me in & out quickly, my nails look fantastic, and they last. Read Less

I went here for the first time today and got the worst service I have ever gotten in my life. The person who did my nails I believe is the owner of the store. When she applied the acrylic I told her it was too thin and that I wanted her to add more. She then proceed to tell me that whites prefer it the way she did it. I informed her I was not white and just as the color of my skin is different so is my preference. She continued to add more acrylic to my nails. While doing this she made several rude comments like, colored people are the only ones who have problems with the way she does the nails. She also said colored people make her use too much products. I reminded her that I did not like the insult and that we are rendered to as black or African American. The only thing she did was laughing and then proceed to do horrible nails for me. If you are black or white and reading this, please do not go here. These people are making money from us but do not like us, and think less of us. Read Less

Very disappointed. I've gone here plenty of times and gotten great service and beautiful nails. But on Monday, may 9th my daughter and myself came there for a full set. I felt like the nail technician rushed thru the job and I'm very unhappy with the outcome. She didn't trim my cuticles, which I had to point out to her, then she hurriedly did it. Forgot to put cuticle oil on, and when I reminded her about it she said she thought she did and just sloppily applied it. She also didn't buff my nail very well after applying acrylic and my nails look cloudy. Also asked for rounded square for nails and I got square. Not a very happy customers Read Less

The ladies here are very fast and friendly! Took my husband here to get a mani/pedi and he was very happy ! My nails came out fabulous, and the massage chairs are great ! We will be coming back again !! :-) Read Less

I used to frequent this salon quite often but not any longer. The one gal who did my pedi used sand paper attached to a mixer as my heals are tough in some spots. First she used a special chemical on the heals that does not burn because the heals are so dry and tough, but she touched the top of my foot with the glove that still had this chemical on it and burned my foot. Next as she proceeded to use the sand paper, mixer combination on my foot she did it so much on the side part of my foot. she rubbed it RAW and bleeding. My daughter is a licensed nail technician and told me that this woman is lucky I did not sue her. Just think of those who are diabetic. Their feet do not heal as well. They were able to accommodate a group of four of us right when they opened on a Saturday morning. We all got pedicures and gel nails, and overall it was a decent experience. Nothing extraordinary, but nothing to complain about either.The one weird thing is that this salon is located INSIDE a Wal-Mart, which we did not realize when booking the appointment. I found myself driving all around the West St. Paul Wal-Mart looking for the place before I broke down and called. I don't generally go to Wal-Mart...ever...so I honestly had no idea you could get your nails done there. Who knew? Read Less
