Best nail salon I've been to in the area. Relaxing facilities, detailed pedicure and manicures, & wonderfully talented staff. After a long day, the perfect place to go to be pampered and relax.

Outstanding place if you're looking to be pampered and relax!! We called last minute for a large wedding group as another salon wasn't working out. As the bride, I was looking for french tips, while my bridesmaids were doing gels (all navy). They were super efficient in rotating the one color! I was also super impressed with the durability of my gel nails! Two weeks later, I only have one small chip in my index finger (dominant hand) and that is after doing a full weekend of hard concrete, patio work to prep for our wedding. Outstanding customer service! You HAVE to try the pedi with the scented scrub!! Highly recommend this place!!

I came with my daughter and daughter-in-law who live in the local area. Even though it was busy on a Monday morning, they efficiently gave us relaxing pedicures and seated us three together. Definitely a great experience and we will make this a yearly event when I visit White Bear Lake!

Great spot for a quick mani or pedi. Prices are great and they do a nice job. Not somewhere to go for a relaxing experience though, as they are always packed and moving people in and out quickly.

Nails and Spa does an excellent job when it comes to customer service. They have adjusted normal business hours when they are busy. They dont want unsatisfied customers.

If I could I would give this place a zero. If you don't care about your health, go to this place. They do not follow the health codes. As Erica was doing my pedicure, she was washing the instruments in the same water & at the same time my feet were in the water. She used a used nail file and used a used scrub sponge that you use to clean your dishes. I've have pedicures before & never seen anything like that used to scrub the bottom of your feet. When it was time for my manicure the instrument she used to cut the cuticles with had built up skin on it. & she used a used nail file again. I was getting gel nails done & when she had started to put on the white polish, all of sudden a guy came over to finish. Another thing that they did that was not good was they were constantly talking accross the room to each other in their own language. Even with the massaging chair, I could not relax.

I have been going here for as long as they have been open. Erica and David are the most thoughtful owners and provide nothing but exceptional customer service. You are best off with an appointment because this place is always hoppin'! My girlfriends and I meet for manis and/or pedis, my daughter had a pedicure party, they paint my younger daughters nails for cheap- the best thing besides the clean, relaxing atmosphere is Erica remembers your name! A+

I had the best pedicure ever with Katie!! She took her time and it was very relaxing!! David remembered me after 3 years of not being there. Highly recommend and you cant go wrong!

David was wonderful and couldn't have given better customer service. It is clean and a nice atmosphere. I love my manicure and it took have the time it would have at another nail salon. I cant wait to go back for my pre-vacation manni and peddi. Thank you Nails and Spa for a great manicure!

Excellent service, reasonably priced, and relaxing environment. Tools came out of a steri-pack, and salon looks clean (even bathroom is fresh and clean). Lonny did my gel pedicure and was professional and kind. The salon was playing relaxing music. There were TVs but they were not on, which I didn't mind since the experience was so nice. Only thing I would suggest is to offer cold water or drinks to guests, but maybe they do this normally. Thank you for a great experience. Will be back!!!

All of the staff are very attentive to your needs. They often go above and beyond - staying open late to finish up later appointments without rushing to get you out the door. The quality of their work is excellent as well. I usually get gel manicure with spa pedicure but have also used their waxing services when needed. I have been coming to Nail & Spa for about 2 years now and have no plans to go elsewhere for nail care anytime soon.

Outstanding place if you're looking to be pampered and relax!! We called last minute for a large wedding group as another salon wasn't working out. As the bride, I was looking for french tips, while my bridesmaids were doing gels (all navy). They were super efficient in rotating the one color! I came with my daughter and daughter-in-law who live in the local area. Even though it was busy on a Monday morning, they efficiently gave us relaxing pedicures and seated us three together. Definitely a great experience and we will make this a yearly event when I visit White Bear Lake!

I have been going here for as long as they have been open. Erica and David are the most thoughtful owners and provide nothing but exceptional customer service. Excellent service, reasonably priced, and relaxing environment. Tools came out of a steri-pack, and salon looks clean (even bathroom is fresh and clean). Lonny did my gel pedicure and was professional and kind. The salon was playing relaxing music. There were TVs but they were not on, which I didn't mind since the experience was so nice. Only thing I would suggest is to offer cold water or drinks to guests, but maybe they do this normally. Thank you for a great experience. Will be back!!!

All of the staff are very attentive to your needs. They often go above and beyond - staying open late to finish up later appointments without rushing to get you out the door. The quality of their work is excellent as well. I usually get gel manicure with spa pedicure but have also used their waxing services when needed. I have been coming to Nail & Spa for about 2 years now and have no plans to go elsewhere for nail care anytime soon.
