I've been here a few times and I would say this was my worst experience today. The guy who has a sleeve tattoo had did my nails, it felt like he was rushing, like I wasn't a customer who could just go there and relax he treated me like all he wanted was my $$$. I had a pretty good experience here once as a walk-in to get a manicure, shortly after new ownership last summer. This time I was going to go there again as a walk in, or give a heads-up I wanted to come in. The website said open, so I called, no answer, arrived at the door, no answer. The gentleman who did my nails did not communicate effectively to understand what I wanted. I also picked out a light color because of this he did not understand to do more coats instead he applied to much gel polish which caused the polish to leak onto the sides of my finger and on my cuticles he then cut off the excess polish which cut my actual nail and caused 3 breaks in less than a week! They took their time and trimmed my cuticle before the polish. Saved me money and put my next treatment there 3 weeks out instead of 2. The man who did my nails was great, having 12 years of experience and the kiddos were fun to banter with as well.Read Less

They did an ok job, reasonable prices on the full set and pedicure, he took his time when it cane to the gel full set but the polish looked very streaked and not layered like it looks like you can see the gel. Matte finish was nice (first time) but they kept passing me around between wife and husband and then i got my eyebrows done and it was thinned out too much !Read Less

Their was only one lady working so I had to wait 2 hours which was the downfall. But other than the long wait, Tammy did my nails PERFECT! I love them ... She took her time with each customer and did not rush one bit. Plus the pricing was good and fair.Read Less

I've been at this nail salon for almost 4 years now, since Paul was managing. It was awesome, the price was GREAT and the nail work was good! Now there's a new manager named Tammy and she's either very hostile or cool and friendly but still a little rude. She will give you a nasty, unwelcoming, attitude if the design you want requires too much work for her or if you decide you want your nails shorter after she's done cutting them & filing them down -even BEFORE applying ANY polish! I've given her 2 other chances before this last one which was the 3rd because I was being considerate. I thought maybe she just wasn't feeling the day the other times but she should be professional enough to be friendly & patient no matter what. This is a business that depends on clientele. It makes money from customers, they should make us feel valued.. I can be mean too & I was once but the 1st and this last time I was very patient, kept my cool and stayed friendly & she was completely barbaric! Seriously. The price is still good but her skills aren't very impressive with designs unless you ask for freestyle or tell her to do whatever design she wants. I, in all honesty, don't recommend this place but if you want something quick; freestyle, plain color or tips and want to spend very little money, this place is convenient.Just wish she had more patience to do straight lines that don't look all bulky and thick on one end and be friendlier so I would feel good being there and comfortably spend my money there.. She does a great job with eyebrows though!Oh yeah also, she's the only nail technician there like 99% of time so you need to wait if she has other people but most of the time it's empty -even today, a FRIDAY (we can see why). Never step a foot in that nasty place I went in to get my nails done and they had roaches everywhere on the chairs on the floor at the area I was getting my nails done this place is just nasty the lady doing my nails killed a roach with the thing she was doing my nails with in then tried to use it back on my nails without cleaning it I got up and left nails wet and all just NASTY Read Less
