My cousin and I were desperately looking for a decent nail salon with good pricing, and this place is definitely it! A nail salon that understands customer service! They were really fast and efficient. And gave me tips on taking care of my cuticles. OH AND MY NAILS LOOK BEAUTIFUL!!!! I'm happy when I come out from here! If you are picky about your nails, this is definitely the place to go.

Waited 35 minutes even though we had booked 2 appointments, they rushed through my daughter’s pedicure, then I had to finally ask someone if we could pay so we could leave, as they had just left us sitting at the dryer. They do nails just fine, but their customer service is awful. There is a sign on the wall that says they must speak English when customers are present, but that’s not what happens, so then we always think they are talking about us. Same owners at Mikey & Mia Nails.

Previously have had good experiences at Mia, but had the worst pedicure experience today. The ladies doing mine and my friend's nails were clearly more interested in talking to each other, did a poor job with the hot stones and massage, and CUT the outside of my little toe with the pumice stone. Literally dripping blood. And she asked if I was getting tickled. Um, no you're just CUTTING MY FEET. Maybe if you were paying attention you would be putting the pumice stone where I actually have calluses. My friend got the back of her heel cut also. Her nail technician also did not scrub the outside of her big toes AT ALL. These two nail technicians were busy doing each others nails (very carefully) while our toes were drying.
We absolutely WILL NOT be returning to Mia Nails.

Don't go there with kids! My wife and nieces went there with an appointment just to wait 20 minutes while two others went ahead of them without appointments. The nail technician did half of one of my nieces nails, stopped and did another customers pedicure. Even my niece said it was rude...and she's five! Pedicure lasted 2 days. Very disappointed, as that was my wife's go-to nail salon!

Very kind staff. The woman who did my nails was extremely appreciative when I left a tip and the rude customer who was getting a pedicure next to me was handled with patience.

I am a frequent patron of this nail place. I am always happy when I leave. The prices are good and quality is great! But after tonight, this places deserves more than 5 stars! After a long day of work( which over laps their hours) I needed ( hoped) I could sneek in quickly before they closed to get a polish change. I was in my car feeling hesitant to walk in 20 mins before closing and ask for anything. You know you are expecting to be turned away or some annoyed sighs. The owner came walking out, saw me and waved. She came to my car. Asked if I was coming in. I told her I was hesitant because of the time. But I really wanted the polish change as I have an important event tomorrow. She said "come on, head in! We will take care of you!" I nervously got out of my car, followed her in. She said something to one of the nail girls. She happily came over. Got me. Took me to a pedi tub. The girl asked what I wanted I told her a polish change and if she was willing a polish change on my fingers too. She said YES AND OFFERED TO DO FULL SERVICES. Full mani and pedi. She told me not to feel rushed and not to worry about the time. I ended up getting a mani and toe polish change and felt so happy when I left. LOVE THIS PLACE!! Amazing staff, great quality.

I have never gone to MIA Nails in Woodbury but I have had to interact with the owner on several occasions. He is by far one of the rudest, meanest, most disrespectful in individuals I have ever had to deal with. One would think that as a business owner he would have exceptional customer service/people skills. This is absolutely untrue and in fact the extreme opposite. Based on his public conduct and behavior I would NEVER recommend this salon to anyone.

My cousin and I were desperately looking for a decent nail salon with good pricing, and this place is definitely it! A nail salon that understands customer service! They were really fast and efficient. And gave me tips on taking care of my cuticles. OH AND MY NAILS LOOK BEAUTIFUL!!!! I'm happy when I come out from here! If you are picky about your nails, this is definitely the place to go.

Waited 35 minutes even though we had booked 2 appointments, they rushed through my daughter’s pedicure, then I had to finally ask someone if we could pay so we could leave, as they had just left us sitting at the dryer. There is a sign on the wall that says they must speak English when customers are present, but that’s not what happens, so then we always think they are talking about us. Previously have had good experiences at Mia, but had the worst pedicure experience today. The ladies doing mine and my friend's nails were clearly more interested in talking to each other, did a poor job with the hot stones and massage, and CUT the outside of my little toe with the pumice stone. Don't go there with kids! My wife and nieces went there with an appointment just to wait 20 minutes while two others went ahead of them without appointments.
