Not to be rude but this place is awful If you are looking for a pedicure. I walked in an hour and a half before they closed and I waited about an hour just for a pedicure. The first 30 was by the register where they only have 2 chairs (both occupied). Then they told me to sit in the pedicure chair which was uncomfortable and very old. They turned the water on and by the time someone actually came to start my pedicure the water was cold. I waited in the chair while the workers talked and cleaned. By the time someone finally came it was about 30 minutes until closing time. She didn't offer me the pedicure menu she just started doing them. She also turned the massage chair on when I did not want it to be on. She very quickly ran through my pedicure cutting my nails very uneven and spending little time scrubbing my feet. When she was done she put this lotion on my feet that felt like it had been extremely watered down. She got polish on my skin around my nails and she asked me if that was okay. Then she took me to the feet dryer that was broken. All of the other three drying stations had people using them and mine was not blowing any air. There was also kids running around being loud and climbing on chairs. Kids of the people who worked there not the customers. I don't think I'm picky about my pedicures but I am paying for a service I expect it to be relaxing and fun. Not stressful. The store itself was dirty and had very outdated chairs and dryers. Don't know where to even begin.. first off their tools they use aren't even sanitized, throughout my session I saw them pulling out the same box of tools for different customers. The towels they use for you to rest your hands on aren't changed in between customers either. I had asked for a dip number 33 a beautiful glitter gold. She begins the dip process without even asking what shape Id like my nails and just begins filing quick randoms strokes. Then she finishes the dip process and quickly files them once again not knowing what shape I want them. She finished this process so quick I could already pick out all the flaws of my nails: they were rough in many spots, uneven, not shaped, and under my real nails were chunks of powder not cleaned off. I then tell her I was unhappy with them and would just like them to be taken off, she insisted on fixing them and avoided letting me take them off. At the end she fixed them and they were better however I was still charged for the full price. Im just upset that she didn't take her time the first time around that way we could have avoided this. It also upset me she didn't just take them off when I asked her multiple times. Lexi nails in tamarack village is definitely quantity over quality. Deeply disappointed that my gel mani is fading and it's only been one day. However my pedicure was perfect! My toe did chip but I won't complain. I got the 36 dollar pedi with hot stones. It was amazing. Then I went to get a fill on my nails and I wanted a design. She didn't know what she was doing at all. Then I asked for two gold lines at the end of my nail. . . After at least 4 attempts I gave up on having any lines. She wouldn't give up. I admire that about her, she was patient. But I still never got a consistent line. The left hand has thicker lines and the right has thinner lines...that have since faded. I wouldn't go back for a mani with design. But definitely will get my pedicures here and maybe a solid gel mani. Read Less

They are good with nails but as soon as I walked in they started up selling they're nail product. The nail technician did it three times and I politely decline three times. After that her whole demeanor changed towards me. She started to be really rough, you could tell she was talking about me in her language to the lady next to her.I watched how she treated her other guest who accepted her gel nail offer as I was drying my nails. Customers shouldn't be treated like this. Good skills....bad customer service. That was my first and will be my last time there. Treat me nice whether I'm paying 28 dollars or 70 dollars. Read Less

I went here on a Friday, it was quite busy. I was asked to wait as I did not have an appointment. I had a manicure with gel polish. The worker was nice and she thanked me multiple times for waiting. Polish looks great. Only issue is she did not use cuticle lotion when she pushed back my cuticles. Overall, I would go back. Read Less

Never will I go back here again. I usually go to other nail salons but thought I would give it a try. Boy was I disappointed! 30 minute wait followed by a rude lady who didn't clean her table & equipment at all and seemed like she was in a rush the whole entire time. I noticed that they don't sanitize their equipment which is really dangerous! When I asked her to correct what she missed and sanitize she started talking in Vietnamese to her co worker and calling me names -- they were talking and name calling their customers the entire time!! Unacceptable--little did she know I understood every word that she was saying! Extremely rude and had the nerve to sell me and every time I said no! Why don't you do gel why don't you do an eyebrow why don't you do a pedicure on and on! I came for a particular service and if you are so rushed to get your money and treat me like crap why should I even want to spend more money at your store!!! Disgusted! I must have had a new person today. I went in for a fill, and came out with nails looking a week old already.  Their prices are also slightly higher on certain things than other places,  so shop around. The store is easy to get to,  and definitely had enough staff on hand,  but the work was way less than ideal. Read Less

I will say my nails (shellac) look good.  But it is not worth it for me based on the awkward & really kinda gross nature of the man doing the nails.  The women were doing the pedicures.  He only tried to speak once & his English was so poor that it took me three tries to realize he was saying "how are you" in flat affect.  His nails were long & dirty.  The long hairs growing out of his mole on face were hard to sit 1 foot away from for 1/2 hour.  If this place helps us "look pretty", why can't he even trim that nasty growth?  When he have me the credit card receipt, he made sure to point & say "add tip here" (he has that English phrase down).  I was already reaching in my purse to give him cash.  But it bothered me how he expected the tip.  Even though I have always tipped service people, I don't want them telling me to do so.  There are several other places that offer $5 less for this service anyway.  I won't be back. Located in Tamarack Village near Starbucks, Jamba Juice & Sushi Tango is my favorite nail salon in Woodbury (so far). I've been here twice for pedicures and would call it my main salon for last-minute pedis. Both times they have done a superb job. Plus the leg scrub down and foot massage isn't too bad either! The technicians will talk with you, but also understand if you're not in the mood and are always privy to make sure you are comfortable and are open to accommodating a last minute color change.
