Worst set of nails in my life. Walk in for a gel polish change and they must've given me a new kid. Natural (long) nails that I wanted shapped stiletto, UGLIEST shape I've ever seen in my life so I had to make him trim the down completely. Wouldn't you want to be more careful with real nails??! I went here to get my nails done and when I got inside they were rushing me to pay and the lady with the short blond hair was really mean she stabbed me with her nails and she stopped in the middle of painting my nails to pick up her phone and was nudging my hands to the direction where they we're supposed to go to and the nail polish sucks don't go here Read Less

Champagne Nails is a new business that is currently adding staff and building a new clientele. They offer a complimentary beverage and a relaxed atmosphere in a clean and newly remodeled shop. This location was formerly a similar business (the Nail Lounge) however everything is new, nail stations, pedicure chairs, ownership & staff. I was a little skeptical going in because of the mixed reviews. Overall, I was satisfied with my nails. The appearance of the nails is great, but the quality isn't. Underneath my nails, I can feel and see the dried-up acrylic suck on the inside side of my nails. Filing could've been better also. It cost me $35 for just the full set. A $10 upgrade to a gel-polish. I'm sure she also charged me $1 for the cuticle nourishment ointment she did on me without my request, but I didn't mind. Total cost was $41. You can leave tips on the card as well! So, I rate this place 4 stars for the appearance and quality of the nails, because it did the job. Minus 1 star for the quality of the work for the nails. Awful. I ruined the crystals on my pointer fingers from demolishing on our bathroom and since my nail lady I go to was out of town, I had no choice but to get a fix at this place. I used to get my nails donehere all the time 4-5 years ago. It was much more inviting and clean back then. Anyways, I walk in, ask for a fix. It's an older lady, maybe in her 50's, and can barely understand anything I'm saying. All I needed was a sanding down and polish put on my 2 fingers. Sits me down, grabs a purple color that matches my existing color pretty close. Sands them down, does a fine job. Then dusts my nails off and starts to apply polish. She did such an awful job cleaning the nails off before applying the color. I have cotton fibers, lumps and bumps all under the polish- rushes me, has me pull my hands out from the UV light prematurely to put on a top coat on and only gives me 10-12 seconds under the light before yanking it and putting it away so they're still not fully dried and are tacky. She makes it seem like the salon was stuffed full of customers- it was just me and 1 other person who was already being attended to. When payment time came I pulled out my card. The total was $3. I handed her my card and she told me they don't take cards for such low totals. Since I go to a salon where it's just my 1 nail lady working in her own salon, I'm used to her being able to process any amount with a card whether it be $3 or $40. But fine, no problem. Every place is different. I told her I had no paper money so I had to do quarters. I hand her the money, she shoves it in her drawer and walks to the back room without saying thank you or anything. I have been going to an independent nail artist for the last year and to go back to one of these places reminds me why I looked elsewhere for independent artists who can understand what I'm saying, what I want, who gives me great customer service and quality nails. I had a manicure and pedicure on Friday 08-12, this is not the first time I have been there, but it will be my last.  The woman, scraped skin off my foot in three different places, causing them to bleed.  Now that was bad enough, but she never told me, she had done it. I could not believe it.  This kind of  behavior is very dangerous.  If they did this to someone who had the misfortune of being a diabetic, this could have very sad consequences.  I will never go back.Becky Lens Read Less

AWFUL. DIRTY TOOLS. Sitting in my chair I watched one of the nail salon ladies take tools out of a tub of a previous pedicure and was going to use them on me until I said something. Then another nail lady sat down at my friends chair sitting next to me and set her tools (unwrapped) down. My friend said are those clean? The lady said yes. My friend picked up a tool and it LITERALLY had skin on it from a previous pedicure. NEEDLESS to say we got up and left in DISGUST. YUCK! Doesn't even deserve one star. Breaking serious health codes. First walked in, only customer and they kept talking in their language as to who would do my pedicure. Didn't understand it but no one came to my aid and the older lady kept pushing the younger one towards me. After that a bunch of people came in. I've seen the bad reviews but never been here and needed to get a pedi, bad mistake. My regular place is too pricey for me, $27. Thought this was gonna be cheaper and it's not. It's $35 for a BASIC pedi. Then she kept digging the tool into my toe and now it hurts. Forgot to go to the store to get cash so paid with my card, was going to tip because I always do anyways but they only accept cash tip. So the lady had the nerve to stand there and wait for her tip, but I just walked out because I didn't have cash. Thank goodness I didn't tip, place was horrible. Very rude and ridiculously priced. This is going to be your typical nail salon as far as atmosphere/environment/location.  It was my first time getting almond shaped nails and they turned out great.  My full set cost me $25 not including tip.  If you plan to leave a tip make sure you bring cash because their credit/debit card system doesn't process tips.  They had a pretty good color selection which was nice; some places don't have that great of a selection and lot of dupes.
