Took myself and my daughter to go get pedicures. They offered us a menu type book with all the pricing. We opted for a regular pedicure at $27 a piece. When we proceeded to check out the total came to $72!?!? After questioning why such an increase in price she told us it was because we opted for a "French" on our toes and that costs more then just painting our entire nail. Very disappointing. Will probably never return

I am new to the area and was looking for a new nail salon. I saw the reviews on this particular place and noticed they were fairly decent.I know these types of nail salons can be a hit or a miss. But since I was too impatient to wait for the nail techs at the little salon that I have found in the area I thought I would give it a shot. Definitely one of the worst manicure pedicures I have ever had. I decided on a gel french manicure. The shape of my nails were completely off. Some looked rounded some squared and some completely misshapen. When she was done the gel was all over my skin causing my actual nails to be stuck to my skin. When I had pointed it out she tried to clip them off with the cuticle clipper and completely ripped a chunk off. Instead of redoing the nail she tried to patch it, you could see a huge gaping hole on the side of my nail and a raise chunk where the white piece should be. I definitely will not be returning to the salon. I should add though there was another tech there that was getting quite a bit of traffic. She seemed pretty sought out after from a lot of the ladies that came in. They were obviously very happy with her.

I have been a regular customer for over 2 years! Love my manicures(acrylic) and pedis from Kena! Will never go anywhere else!!! Great customer service and family owned!

I stopped here on my lunch break for a fill. My nails look terrible! The gel is lumpy, bumpy, uneven and the gel polish was not properly set, so it is still tacky! The woman adamant that my hand not be in the uv for over 45 seconds, even after I told her they are still tacky! And 50 dollars for a fill is NUTS! Now I have to go get them redone... lesson learned don’t stop to get a fill during lunch to save time.

i was first told that they didn't have time for me, but to sit and wait. I waited for about 10 minutes, twiddling my thumbs, and then she told me to sit in a chair. I was then asked what color i would like, which i wasn't even offered to look at before i sat in the chair. She then apologized for not having time for me while she, very badly, cut my nails and trimmed them. I got a gel nail polish to which she rushed through. I got them done on a saturday and they have already started chipping and are extremely uneven and ugly to look at. Will not be going back here again.

I got a pedicure while my 3 year old just wanted her toes painted the same color as mommies. The woman confirmed she could do that, so my daughter sat on my lap while I got my pedicure, and then when I was done we patiently waited till someone could paint her toes. After waiting for about 15 minutes the same woman told us she didn't have time to paint my daughter's nails and we'd have to leave. She left in tears.

Very friendly and clean. Just like any nail salon I've been to you might like one tech over another or have to have a nail filed differently, but they actually hold your appointment when you make one and are quite professional. They have a good range of colors to choose from and I like the massage chairs.

I just had a GREAT visit to GG Nails. The place was clean and everyone there was very friendly. They gave me solid nail advice and recommendations. I didn't feel pressured or silly for asking questions. I highly recommend GG Nails for a relaxing and refreshing experience. My nails look awesome!

GG Nails is by far my favorite Nail Salon! I have visited many. However...after my very 1st appointment, years ago, I knew this would be my regular place! Not only do the please every style of nail lover. They are extremely clean, accommodating, and frendly! What more could you ask for. Talented in both nails & pedicure. The owner is top notch! Will go out of her way to make you leave feeling satisfied with a smile on your face!

Lee and her staff always do a fantastic job!! I go here at least every two weeks to get my nails done and once a month for my pedicur. I have NEVER been disappointed! ! They always do a great job.

I am new to the area and was looking for a new nail salon. I saw the reviews on this particular place and noticed they were fairly decent.I know these types of nail salons can be a hit or a miss. Not only do the please every style of nail lover. They are extremely clean, accommodating, and frendly! What more could you ask for. Talented in both nails & pedicure. The owner is top notch!
