Kim nails used to be my place to go. She put her customers first. She started to get so busy and hard to get into and said to make an appointment and it will be much better. I tried that and would sit 15-20 minutes past my scheduled time. It was my wedding a couple of weeks ago and a couple of my bridesmaids, my daughter (flower girl) and I all went to go get our nails done. One of my bridesmaids had a car issue so I hurried across town to grab her to get there as close to our scheduled time as possible. I tried calling to let them know we would be about 15 minutes late and no one answered. When I got there nothing but craziness began. It was the worst service I have ever received and was so mad since I had gone to Kim for about 3 years now. They acted as if it was an issue to PAINT my daughters nails. She was supposed to get nails and toes and ended up only doing toes with nothing but attitude. When it came to me the lady kept pointing out that we were late and had to turn so many people away and little did she know one of my bridesmaids was there on time who told me they didn’t turn anyone away. In the end I got charged an addition $5-10 for EVERY service I was provided. I’m sorry but I will NEVER go back after this. I guess I will search again for someone who at least treats one with RESPECT. I apologized over and over again for being late and got nothing but attitude and literally my arm tugged on and the WORST pedicure I have ever gotten.

Kim, Elly, and Jenny have been doing my acrylics for at least 2 and a half years. They are all very professional, nice, funny, and excellent at their jobs. I have never had a bad experience. My nails turn out perfect every time. There can be a bit of a wait if you don’t make an appointment, as they are very busy! I promise they are worth the wait. They always have awesome nail design plans for me and are very creative. They deserve all 5 stars and then some!

I normally go to a competitor just a few blocks away, but I was looking online for different salons due to my last set being pretty crooked and thick. I found Kim and saw her thousands of options for designs by her photos on here. I fell in love with the marble!
I got a deluxe pedicure and full set of acrylics and my total was $95. You definitely PAY for your services here, but they are done with QUALITY. I had the pleasure of getting my acrylics by Kim and my pedi by her husband and I will continue to request them when I go.
There was quite a wait - it took 2 hours for both my services - but I did not make an appointment & I’d definitely recommend doing so! They’re busy for good reason!
Very pleased by my first time at Kim’s!

Pricing is listed nowhere. 4. Staff was short and rude with customers. Honestly i cant understand how this place has the positive reviews that they have. I basically have no positive feedback.

I haven't been in Saint Cloud for very long and I wanted to find a good nail salon. I absolutely love this place. The staff are all friendly and good at their jobs. Every manicure and pedicure I've gotten here is perfection. They do excellent nail prep for a paint job. Their prices are reasonable (cheaper than anywhere in Brainerd) they'll actually chat with you (or be silent without it being awkward if that's your thing) I love how they don't pressure you into getting anything you don't want. Just a suggestion maybe and then on to what you want. The foot mask is definitely worth the extra bucks my feet were so soft. I'll definitely keep coming here. Don't go anywhere else you won't regret it. This place has great reviews for a reason.

Ever since I have lived in the Saint Cloud area, i have always gone to Kim's, i have been to other establishments in the area, and none of them top Kims. They are friendly, respectful, and very welcoming. They also always treat my kids with love and make them feel comfortable. I would recommend them to all my friends and famoly that are looking to get their nails done

This was my first visit here. I went for a pedicure and a full set. The person that did my nails (Ally, I believe was her name) rushed the whole time, from my hands and through the pedicure too. I didn't even get a good foot scrub. My nails are okay, a little more sloppy than I expected. There's acrylic and polish on my skin that I had to clean up when I got home and the shape could be way better had she not rushed. The polish job was good, however. I had gel polish done. As I watched the work other customers received, I noticed that Kim's and Jenny's work was great. They both are very thorough and aim to please the customer. I will come back here again, but will be getting my nails and pedicure done by Kim or Jenny the next time. I will update my review/rating based on my next experience there...

I have been going to Kim for about 3 years now and she always takes care of me and knows my styles. When I first came to her my nails were bitten down and in terrible shape now they are healthy and happy and longer! Viet always takes care of my feet and he gives the best massages when it comes to my pedicure! :) Very happy and highly recommend.

This place is a gem because of the quality of word done by quality people! Make an appointment today and you will keep going back! It's my favorite nail place in the area. They do book groups and men pedicures and manicures too.

The new owner Kim does amazing artwork!!! I love having Kim do my nails. The gel polish lasts for a very long time. Kim has by far the biggest selection of gel colors.

Every manicure and pedicure I've gotten here is perfection. They do excellent nail prep for a paint job. Ever since I have lived in the Saint Cloud area, i have always gone to Kim's, i have been to other establishments in the area, and none of them top Kims. They are friendly, respectful, and very welcoming. They also always treat my kids with love and make them feel comfortable. I would recommend them to all my friends and famoly that are looking to get their nails done

This was my first visit here. I went for a pedicure and a full set. The person that did my nails (Ally, I believe was her name) rushed the whole time, from my hands and through the pedicure too. I didn't even get a good foot scrub. My nails are okay, a little more sloppy than I expected. There's acrylic and polish on my skin that I had to clean up when I got home and the shape could be way better had she not rushed. The polish job was good, however. I had gel polish done.
