My daughter and I came in for a pre-spring break pedicure.They accept walk-ins, but we had made an appointment the day before.They have a huge selection of polishes and it was hard to decide which polish to choose. The massage chairs were very comfortable.Next to the chairs they have a list of the different pedicures they offer. We chose the basic spa pedicure and it was wonderful! The ladies were so friendly. They treated us to different lotions, hot stones, and hot towels. If this was basic the other pedis must be out of this world! Had a facial wax at this salon 2 weeks ago with LiLi, one of the owners. Received 1st and second degree burns to my chin. Emailed them with no response. Went into the salon to show them my chin. Not only were they open and willing to see me on Christmas Eve, they were the happiest, kindest, most accommodating bunch of women I have ever encountered during a manicure! Loved this place when they opened. The massage was great. The polish lasted for a long time. Pedicure was fantastic. Now they are terrible. Customer service is awful. Hardly any massage. Employees all speak to each other and not the customers. All around it isn't good. Then to top it off one of the people I bragged about this place to had a horrific experience here. She requested gel nails and they did them incorrectly. When she asked them to correct it they didn't and the owner told her to F off and never come back. Have been to LiLi nails several times and each time I go it seems the service slips a little more... today I called ahead and made an appointment for 2pm. Drove 35 minutes, arrived at 1:55 and was taken back to the pedicure area... where to my suprise 7 other women were seated... 2 receiving services and 5 soaking. After soaking until 2:30 I had to leave as 4 of the 5 other waiting were started... knowing I had a 35 minute drive home and supposedly 55 minute pedicure picked out I had to get moving... I was fine right up until 2 employees asked me to come back when I had more time... when I had more time!!! Sorry... just be honest, if you couldn’t fit me in, tell me... Arrogant , rude , and God forbid you complain about any of their work ....I’ve been upcharged “just $5 more” more than I can stand and I’ve also heard how pushy they are to customers that politely say NO THANK YOU , I used to like this business but now it’s all about getting more money and not even caring about the quality of their work ...last time I went I had to return since I was charged $5 more for coffin shape and it was square so Danny very grabby and pushy took all my nails down and rudely commented when my daughter came in to get me (I was there an hour and half for supposed to be fixing only 3 nails ) that she was pretty and I was not .... lol I wish them the best hopefully they will take these negative comments and turn their business into a more positive environment. This would be my 3rd time there, and I was really dissatisfied. Went for a mani/pedi, and instead of being told that they had a big wedding party coming in less than 30 minutes, they took me in. I received a mani and pedi in less than 30 minutes, and they performed both services at the same time.  I just felt completely rushed, and not relaxed at all. My fingernails still have cuticles that should have been removed, and the gel polish is already chipping, and it hasn't even been 24 hours! The bottoms of my feet are still dry, with the corners of my toes looking as if I haven't received a pedicure in ages. $60 well wasted. I'm so disappointed. I would have rather been told that they were booked, instead of taking me in for the money and giving me a terrible service. I really liked this place at first, but they take way too many customers at once, and rush through the services. Not to mention, they are over the top expensive. I liked this place because it was close to home, and they didn't push extra services on me. First time visit, arrived at 10am as a walk in, had to wait 40 min in the pedicure chair before I was helped! LiLi the owner was my lady, I felt rushed through out the whole process, my toes hurt from her being to rough and fast, clipping my toes hurt from her being to fast! She massaged my legs good but forgot about my feet/toes I had the deluxe package. I wanted a certain color and she kept trying to get me to change my choice...that was irritating! Went and had my eyebrows waxed, she did a good job and the mustache too, but once again was rushed, jerking my head back and forth, then left the room and shut the lights off while I was trying to get off the table :( . While the person was working on my ped...icure, he got up every couple of minutes to answer the phone, greet customers who walked in the door and also to check people out when they went to pay. My Dad was done a full 30 minutes before I was and was expected to leave when he was done. The shop was noisy and chaotic. The employees talked very loudly back and forth to each other making it impossible for my Dad and I to enjoy any conversation. The massage chairs were difficult to operate and were extremely uncomfortable, so I just shut mine off. My Dad couldn't get his to turn off. They need to hire a receptionist to handle phone calls and customers who were arriving and departing. Their prices were less than other nail salons I've been to in the past, but I don't think their quality of work was as good. Stopped going after I gave them three tries and my gel polish chipped or peeled off completely with a matter of days. Pedicure is fine but the massage is nonexistent and if I wanted just a polish change I'd do it myself at home a hell of a lot cheaper. On the hunt for a decent place near my house, again. Read Less

Lili Nails deserves all the positive reviews below! It was by far one of the best gel mani/pedis I've had in a long time! Lili took her time and really focused on me as a person. She didn't rush and made sure I got my money's worth! Speaking of money...the prices were VERY responsible! You need to visit this nail salon! They know how to do it right!
