Went to have a mani/pedi and felt like I was in a daycare center.  Worker's child was loud and rolling a chair up and down the store.  I was there to relax, not entertain someone else's child.  Also the other person, not helping,  kept bending over to turn on water and do a pedi while I was getting a manicure and I didn't appreciate having to look at her underwear.  Thankfully she had some on.  The service was OK, mani/pedi was nothing special.  I usually get the spa but couldn't wait to get out. I stopped into this nail salon without an appointment on a weeknight. They were very welcoming and helped answer a few initial questions/requests. After talking with a few of the employees it sounds like there is new management and they are very interested in what they can do to improve your experience. Made the appointment for 3 mani & pedis. They we prepared and waiting for us. They weren't real friendly or smiley... they could work on their customer service and making a person feel welcome.  The nails looked good but they didn't fill them all the way so the growth is going to show faster. They advertise a certain amount for a pedicure and when you go to the counter to pay it's completely a different amount. They add on for everything they do without telling you first. The pedicures are done poorly all they do is soak your feet. I also noticed they did not take out a sanitized bag of the tools used like everywhere else I go. I can do a better job myself and save the $50 dollars they charged me. Only went there because they were close to my house. Will never go back. Read Less

My friend, god daughter and I all got our nails done yesterday at this location. We all got different services; manicures, pedicures, and gel acrylics. We were all very unhappy on the outcome of everything. The most concerning part of the whole thing was my friend's gel acrylics. So I go back the very next day and explained to them that her nails were full of bubbles, cracking, splitting, lifting, they were crooked and way too short. I explained to them that I wanted a refund and that we were not coming back. They refused. What made me even more mad, was that 2 employees agreed with the fact that the nails were done poorly. I explained that I had no time to sit and wait for this to happen. I wanted them to be aware of the poor quality service and wanted a refund, the manager was not there and still refused the refund. I called them later in the day, and once again asked the owner's or managers name; the woman on the phone relied that she does not know the name, has never met him, and does not know when he will be in again. So I begin to explain to her that she has 1 week to get the name of the manager or owner. She would not respond except the fact that she does not know who or what his name is. NEVER GO TO THIS BUSINESS! They may be nice to your face, but does a terrible job on your nails! Read Less

Made a last minute appointment an hour prior to close, Lisa and Kim were wonderful.  I asked not to have the tops of my nails filed down (hate that) for my gel manicure.  I am VERY HAPPY with how my beat up hands became beautifully manicured in a short time.  The location is great, the service was wonderful, the price is right.  I'll definitely be back.
