Poor service. I won’t recommend this place. They told me on the phone they give mayo employee discount 20 percent at store she said 10 , when I paid she charged me full. I did not argue i left. I had to do mani and pedi after experiencing pedi I cancelled my mani.

The people are very nice and did an awesome fill and pedicure. Plus they were open on Sunday. I will definitely go back if I am still in town in 2 weeks.

was my first time coming here. I came because I had a coupon. the lady told me to stop biting my nails, I didn't appreciate that. also I asked how to smooth out a ridge in my nail and she said you cant. which I know is not true. I mean you take care of nails for a living, you could have at least tried. love the variety of colors for polish however the one I chose she had to use multiple brushes for to try and get any of the color out. I could have just chose a different color but she insisted. it was hard to watch.

My nails aren't even painted all the way. They rushed. On top of all of that they refused to wax my eyebrows! Horrible. Not returning!

I had an appointment and waited 25 minutes. Both a manicure and pedicure very rushed and finished in 40 minutes. Smudged toes. I used a Mayo discount and got a hassle about it. The woman who did my service was ok but in a hurry. Some people were waiting an hour for a pedicure.

I had a pedicure and had them do french tips to my regular nails, nail polish on my fingernails was already chipping off on Sunday and looked terrible by Monday. Called and told them and they could care less- said we don't guarantee them. I mentioned that no one told me that- or I maybe would have went with Gel nails or something. Asked to have them just repainted and she said Maam we don't guarantee them and was rude. I asked for a refund and she said we don't do that either. I said I would never be back. Worst customer service that I have had at a nail salon.

over all a good place to go. well worth what I paid. went here yesterday with family. did cut 2 toes up a bit, but she was very concerned when she did. likely be back for my manicure in a few days.

I had an appointment and waited 25 minutes. Both a manicure and pedicure very rushed and finished in 40 minutes. Smudged toes. I used a Mayo discount and got a hassle about it. The woman who did my service was ok but in a hurry. Some people were waiting an hour for a pedicure.
