I was initially quoted one price but when I checked out was told the price had increased because the nail tips I had gotten removed were dip. However, the technician knew this from the start. The technician cut my cuticle rather deeply but did not provide antiseptic. I was asked to dip my fingers into a bowl of acetone which was then heated. This was painful and unlike another salon's method that I visit that uses a much gentler method. My real nails were damaged from this process. I think this is one of the worst salons I have ever visited.

Worst service by far out of any salons I’ve been to I’m used to getting acrylics but this lady was very rough and made me bleed several times my nails are also very sore and not the shape I wanted at all she obviously didn’t know what she was doing. Would NOT recommend going here.

I have been getting my nails done with Michael since I received rave reviews on how great he was to his customers. His shop was on 2nd St across from St. Mary's the first day I went to see him. Only reason he doesn't do them now is because I live in Florida now??

Only had to wait a few minutes to be waited on. Everyone was very friendly. Linda did a great job on my nails. Definitely will be going back. See you in 2 weeks. And thanks so much

We have been here before and the owner did a good job on a full set of acrylics and gel polish. They told us to come back within two weeks for a fill. We just went in and had a very inexperienced person who did a horrible job. She removed the gel polish, filed my daughter’s nails down until they bled, made them all different lengths and shapes, and then slapped some lumpy regular nail polish on. Then they charged us $20! My daughter gotin the car and started crying because she was so upset. When I asked about the misunderstanding about asking us to come back within two weeks, they acted like they didn’t know what we meant. When we showed them the area of the nail that was bleeding, the man at the desk said “Well, that happens.” When I told him she asked for Gel polish (not regular), he said “that’s an additional $20.” And we were told (after spending $45 less than two weeks ago) that they were going to refill the acrylics within the two weeks for no extra money!!!! So here we are, $20 and a lot of time wasted, with a potential nail infection and MUCH worse nails than before she went in. We REALLY REGRET going in to Lucky Nails!!!

I have always went here and have never been disappointed! Great services and the salon is clean and has relaxing spot to get pedicures. I never have to wait for long and also they have great prices! Amazing customer service, they have amazing employees especially one named Michael who tends to do my nails. Very friendly atmosphere. 100% recommend it.

Had an excellent pedicure with Rose. She made my feet look great, was nice to chat with and her attention to detail was perfect. Rose suggested gel polish and showed me her gel polish that survived a vacation with trips to the beach while still looking brand new. I'm so glad I took her suggestion & she found the perfect color for me. Normally I would have a chip or smudge by now, but the gel is untouched. I highly recommend Lucky Nails, and especially recommend Rose.

I was initially quoted one price but when I checked out was told the price had increased because the nail tips I had gotten removed were dip. However, the technician knew this from the start. The technician cut my cuticle rather deeply but did not provide antiseptic. I was asked to dip my fingers into a bowl of acetone which was then heated. This was painful and unlike another salon's method that I visit that uses a much gentler method. My real nails were damaged from this process. I think this is one of the worst salons I have ever visited.

We have been here before and the owner did a good job on a full set of acrylics and gel polish. They told us to come back within two weeks for a fill. We just went in and had a very inexperienced person who did a horrible job. She removed the gel polish, filed my daughter’s nails down until they bled, made them all different lengths and shapes, and then slapped some lumpy regular nail polish on. Then they charged us $20! I have always went here and have never been disappointed! Great services and the salon is clean and has relaxing spot to get pedicures. I never have to wait for long and also they have great prices! Amazing customer service, they have amazing employees especially one named Michael who tends to do my nails. Very friendly atmosphere. 100% recommend it.

Had an excellent pedicure with Rose. She made my feet look great, was nice to chat with and her attention to detail was perfect. Rose suggested gel polish and showed me her gel polish that survived a vacation with trips to the beach while still looking brand new. I'm so glad I took her suggestion & she found the perfect color for me. Normally I would have a chip or smudge by now, but the gel is untouched.
