I was a walk-in client on a Sunday afternoon. I requested a full set of nails and a basic pedicure. The service was exceptional! I really enjoyed my pedicure experience with Kendra and Sophia did an exceptional job with my nails! I wasn't waiting around forever for one employee to do part of my nail set, then another employee to finish. I was treated very well. My only issue was that I was charged $30 for a basic pedicure and then was given a gel manicure ($45) instead of a regular nail set ($30). I never requested gel nails but instead of making a fuss, I let her finish and she said she would deduct $5 from the service. So, what I planned on being a $50 service turned into a $70 service. So I felt a bit misguided. I love the nails, and they are top quality, but my toenails chipped while I was on a business trip this week. For the price, and tip, I wanted better quality there. I walked in on a Sunday afternoon without an appointment, and was the only person in the salon. My manicurist came from the back in a cloud of cigarette smoke and sat down to do my nails. I had to hold my breath the first several minutes until the smell dissipated it took an hour to do the manicure. As another reviewer noted, there was no massage, lotion, cuticle oil, or any other kind of pampering. My manicure was $20, and I left with polish on my cuticles and very dry fingertips from the acetone. With all the competition for nail salons in this town I would definitely recommend finding someplace else. Read Less

Nice and clean! Looks and smells clean, and I saw staff cleaned well thereafter the pedicure. I also saw that they disinfected their tools very thoroughly. Very friendly, helpful, and very reasonable prices, good hospitality, good customer services. They also have customer satisfaction guaranteed which mean that if I even messed up with my regular polish, I always can call them the next day, and they would repaint me a new one free of charge, and the same thing with Gel Polish. If my Gel polish chipped off or peeled off with a week or so, I can just call in and they would fix them or repaint them new one free of charge. I would definitely recommend this place!! Read Less

My daughter has weeklky appointments in Rochester for her cancer. We went here to get a pedicure. She got her nails and toenails painted. 5 hours later, her nail polish is half gone and chipping on all of her fingernails. My nail polish on my toes is already chipping off. Will not go back here. Never again. A gel barely lasted a week. They cracked and peeled off. I'm an admin so not like I'm hard on my nails. The gel was caked on my cuticles which probably didn't help. Not sure if my tech was new but still no excuse. Wasted my money by going here.Read Less

I've been going there for the last few months, but the last time I went I was highly disappointed. I was switched between 3 different people. I was getting a fill, which usually takes 30-45 minutes depending on the day. I was there for an hour and half. And I wasn't even waiting. Every time they switched me to a new person, they had to shape my nails, and eventually they all turned into different shapes. Not impressed at all. Will not be returning. I was shouted at for commands, if I didn't understand them I was treated like I was stupid. If your going to run a business based upon hospitality, that's not how to keep your customers. Read Less

Love going to GLO Nails!!! Staff there were so very friendly, very helpful! Love Sophia!! She did a very good job on my nails!! She also listen to her clients concerns and needs, and she would like to know any forth complains from the experiences that either done by her or other staff to improve customer satisfaction!! So, please do not hesitate to shooot her an email if there is one!! The place is very exceptional and very clean hygienically and very sanitary! They used the spa liner and one time nail file, nail buffer, and so on for pedi, and they disinfected and sterilized their tools thoroughly. Very clean!! I definitely make GLO Nails as my new home!
