Terrible customer service. Work was "okay". Their quality in work as dimished. The presentation the receptionist had was horrible. One would think being a receptionist/front desk you'd look appropriate for the establishment you work for ... clearly this was not the case. I asked for a gel pedicure and ended up getting my nails filed down way too much that they were in pain. Would NOT be going back. Its bad for customer's to hear employees talk about how much they dislike their job. Tina's nails in Chula Vista has better customer service, quality of work and better atmosphere. Read Less

Horrible place. My Nails didn't even last a week. But they do charge I know nothing's free but when nails last this long they should at least charge less of hire real manicurist not students to do the job. I'm sorry but they completely sucks. Read Less

Horrible experience!!! 1st i got a new girl that I've never seen before..you could tell she did not know what she was doing, super slow and she kept hurting me i told her and she gave attitude. 2nd i just went in for a fill and she started making my nails shorter and shorter and when i told her she stood up and started doing somebody else pedicure...thank good because they got me somebody better TONY tha had to remove 3 nails that she fuc$@=% up. Awful! I decided to take my mom on a date and our pedicure was fine but...they did her mani right then and there. Kinda irritated me because I wanted to do everything together. They had me sit next to this lady that was getting her nails done and told me once she was done I was next. Couple minutes later that lady asked me what I thought about her nails and how she wasn't satisfied with what the tech did. I told her if she wasn't satisfied she should let the girl know. Once s...he was done in got up to sit in her chair (since it was my turn) the nail tech looked at me and said "no not u" she grabbed her purse and said "I'm not doing her nails because she was talking shit about me with her" and she walked out. Me and my mom were like wtf? I let the receptionist know that was very unprofessional and she said "I'll have someone else do ur nails" she made me wait 45min (when there was 3 other people available) I know some of u might think why didn't I go somewhere else but we got dropped off. And I really needed to get my nails done for a wedding we were going to. After everything and it's time to pay they wanted to charge me full price. Idk but in my opinion why do I have to pay full price when I'm already having a bad experience? Haha lucky me they just took 10$ off my bill. And I left without a tip. First time at this location, total rip off! Went in for some acrylic nails and made it clear that i wanted nothing to do with gel since i wanted them off by the end of the week. Ended up getting charged $45 for them because I had chosen a gel polish. Literally, the woman handed me a paper with different colors and told me to pick, so i did. She never told me that these were gel polishes and would be an extra charge, nor did she ever point me to the regular polishes. After complaining I got told that it was already on and that next time i should ask what polishes aren't extra charge. For the price, I'd expect better service. Read Less
