My first time at this place of business. I called in advance, made an appointment. No other customers in store when I arrived. It took the store owner 5 minutes to greet me, she was fiddling with overhead music controls. She finally sat me down, then proceeded to mess with her phone while ignoring me. I told her I wanted a set of acrylics, square French tip. The tips she applied were too narrow, leaving a jagged edge. When I pointed out the error, her remedy was to cut my nail to narrow it, cutting into the nail bed. On two other nails, she filed the sides so much, she was filing flesh away. She did not do square tips, I don't know how to describe what she did. This woman is not good at manicures, and is not professional. She complained about her X- husband and his new girlfriend throughout the manicure. She tried to fix her mistakes, but they weren't "fixable." I had to go to another shop to get a whole new manicure. Execution of work needs improvement. Sloppy work initially and then timely back pedaling to compensate for the sloppy work. 3+ hours for a full set and pedicure. I was the only person in the salon... I guess that should have been a sign. I sat so long in the pedicure chair that it became uncomfortable instead of relaxing. This place needs to make some big changes. Waste of your time (a lot of your time) and waste of your money. The owner was the one who did my mani/pedi... if that doesn’t say something. Inexperienced. Read Less
