Eh. I went in to get my acrylic nails taken off, and to get a gel manicure. Getting the nails taken off hurt so badly. She was kind, and told me she would stop if it was too much, but she cut almost all my cuticles and nail beds. Then, the gel manicure. She did not do a very good job of filing my nails, so they’re all at different lengths. She also acknowledged that the paint is goopy and uneven in places, but didn’t try to fix it. The paint does not go all the way down to my cuticles either. All in all it wasn’t a great experience, but I might be willing to give them another chance since she was so nice during the process. This was the worst experience I have had at a nail salon, the lady who did my nails sat in the front far left corner, she was very rude had a bad attitude towards me and many others walking in. She rushed my whole visit I came in wanted a full set, she cut my nails too short the next day my nails were already lifting!! I also wanted a pedicure! She decided since I had my kids that she would just do it at her desk no water no soaking just take my previous color off and change it! i pad 65$ for something that was horrible and not what I wanted I drove home and decided to call when I called it was obviously the lady who did my nails that answered I told her the issue, she gave me nothing but attitude and even laughed at me. I have never had such a horrible pedicure. The lady that I had do my feet, for the first half - who I'm pretty sure wasn't even licensed to be doing so- rushed the whole thing didnt really rub, scrub or seem to know what she was even doing, got up says she.s be back cleans up a little takes 40 dollars from the register and gets in her car and leaves! i sat there for about 10 minutes with water still in my tub and legs damp and have no idea what was going on. Another lady comes over asks how i was doing i said good but confused as to whats going on, she seemed annoyed and she finished lotioning and painted my toes. They still expected the full 36 dollar service at the end without an apology or reason for the horrible service. So disappointed in the service I unforanately paid for. Read Less

She completely rushed through my fill did a bullshit job on the polish THEN left a bunch of gunk (acrylic) under my nails and when I said something tried convincing me it was glitter, then left before putting the top coat on. Just got my nails done yesterday and i cant get over how badly they were done. Thick, bubble looking, missing polish on the sides, and have a space between my cuticle and acrylic. I said something to the man and he said "ill have to remove all of it then" and made me feel stupid. I took a picture of my nail and a friends (hers done at studio 14 a week ago) and the difference is dramatic. Dont go here if you like things done right. Read Less
