I’ve tried multiple times being a Stillwater resident to give them a chance! I never get good service! I can understand having to wait 5 even 10 minutes past my appointment, but when it’s going into 20 minutes and 30 minutes that’s not OK! Every time I get my nails done, I have to tell the woman how to shape my nails because they do not match, my nails always break due to poor products (possibly old,) I don’t know, but I’m just done with this nail salon. I only gave one star because 0 stars isn't an option. The lady made me bleed on three fingers. She was extremely aggressive and burned ALL 10 of my fingers when she was filing the sides of my nails. She didn't cut down my real nails so they lifted almost instantly. I will NEVER go back here and I would NEVER advise someone to get their nails done here. I went there for the first time earlier in the week. I got acrylic nails put on and I have never had nails look so crappy!!!!!! they are lifting and cracking after less than a day. my thumb nail cracked down the middle before I ever got home! bubbles and dirt in every nail, big bumps on the nails even after I asked rose to fix them several times. the response I got was "you should have gotten gel instead" I asked for them to be painted black and pink but instead she used colored tips so they look stupid and she didn't do any black at all, even after telling her 5 times. there were pea sized globs of glue under most of my nails and she glued my skin to my nails then used the grinder and ground of skin on almost all of my fingers. my nails hurt soooo bad for 2 days after, not the usual slight soreness after getting acrylics, it felt like my fingernails were going to rip out of my fingers at any moment. I got a pedi also and its ok could have gotten more dead skin off and they only had me soak my feet for about 10 minues but it was just ok about what youd get with a pedegg at home. I asked for my toes to be black and pink also and she painted them plain black. she was very pushy about upgrades, didn't care that I wasn't happy then tried to charge me an extra 17$ for asking to have my nails fixed, which she could even do! don't waste your money on this dump!!!!! on another note, I get my eyebrows waxed there and the lady who does waxing is great! Um, really? The place is a complete campy dump and the tools that they (obviously have reused several times before cleaning) were disgusting. While the women were very nice, I will never ever go back there. The crappy set of nails they put on are lifting less than 2 weeks later (just in time to find a NEW place to get a fill). Please ignore the other post. I've been coming to this place for years. First off, I am an every 2 weeks pedicure person. I have never had any problems with infections or anything like that which should prove that they're obviously cleaning their equipment/tubs well. Also, the service here should speak for itself. Not only have they treated me well but everyone else that I've seen. They always do their best to make it fun for kids. I will continue to come here. I've tried the other places in stillwater/oak park and the quality of work they do on nails/toes/waxing blows everything else in the area out of the water. Come check it out. Read Less
