My nails look like they have CELLULITE. Beautiful salon, but some employees don’t know what they are doing. I showed the woman a picture of how I wanted my nails done. (Red ombré to black). The woman took a picture of the picture I showed her & didn’t look at it once. She had no idea how to blend. If you don’t that’s fine, be honest with me & I would have picked an easier design. Instead she messed up my nails so bad, they look choppy and horrible. Also some how my entire set of nails ended up bumpy and uneven, they were fine and even before she put the nail color on. I’m extremely upset with how they look. Actually I’m embarrassed. To be honest it looks like a 5 year old did my nails. I wish I could attach a picture on here because words don’t do justice. $55 and she knew they looked bad & told the guy to take 5 dollars off my bill. I’m not a rude person so I didn’t freak out. I just left quietly & will never go back. I read reviews on this salon and generally had good ones which is why I chose this salon. IF YOU WANT 2 TONE OMBRÉ DO NOT GO HERE.

Always great service at Pro Nails. I appreciate the quick service. Had a small problem with a pedicure and went back 3 days later and the staff quickly repaired the polish that had rubbed off.

I liked this nail salon until today. I got a pedicure on Saturday (my 2nd pedicure here) and a few days later the toenails on my right foot were a completely different color than the toenails on my left foot. I called and was told I could get them repainted so I went to the salon and was treated very poorly. They re-polished my toes in 5 minutes in a "slap it on" type fashion then was told awkwardly this is free, no charge for you today. Oh really, well well I'm glad your not re-charging me for the luxury pedicure I paid $35 for already!!!!

Awesome! The guy who did my nails was super nice and did a great job on my mani-pedi. His wife did a great job on my daughters nail. Very friendly and welcoming. Will return again.

I always feel so welcome when I come here - they remember who I am and ask about my family. The personal touch makes a difference. The time and care taken in doing my nails is outstanding. I recommend them all the time and have had friends drive from far away to go here also; they are never disappointed, and neither am I.

My first impression was amazing. Great atmosphere, friendly banter and it was clean looking. Staff helped me pick out exactly what I wanted, and I sprung for gel nails with a bright color with a little encougement and reminder I could always change it. Staff were kind, receptive and always double checked that I was getting what I wanted. It was a clean, inviting environment, with many polish selections (which is the hardest part of the whole thing!). Husband and wife who run the place are absolutely amazing, friendly and professional.
Will be back to fill in my nails, get a pedicure, and bring friends/family!

I had one of the best manicures I've ever had at Pro nails. The regular polish looked amazing with no chips for more than a week. Everyone was so friendly and I got in with very little waiting with no appointment.The polish selection is not the biggest, but I was happy with my color and the experience was great!

My first impression was amazing. Great atmosphere, friendly banter and it was clean looking. Staff helped me pick out exactly what I wanted, and I sprung for gel nails with a bright color with a little encougement and reminder I could always change it. Staff were kind, receptive and always double checked that I was getting what I wanted. It was a clean, inviting environment, with many polish selections (which is the hardest part of the whole thing!). Husband and wife who run the place are absolutely amazing, friendly and professional.

Everyone was so friendly and I got in with very little waiting with no appointment.The polish selection is not the biggest, but I was happy with my color and the experience was great!
