Gave one star because it wouldn't let me give zero. Very disappointed, went in for a pink and white nail...explained exactly what I wanted, but he did what he wanted anyways. It was like he want listening and then told me he couldn't do it any different. I have had my nails done for years with no problems but for some reason he didn't seem to be able to do a nail. He kept asking why I wanted it short and not long. The pink nail bed is so long you can see my natural nail underneath before the white starts. My daughter just came home from getting a full set put on, and I would NEVER let her go back to this place. She called me from the salon because Holly the nail tech who did her nails took out a huge chunk of skin near her nail while filling her nails. Then when my daughter asked her to stop she basically called her a baby. I would highly recommend any other nail salon other than this one. I paid for my three granddaughters to get manicures, one had her acrylic nails taken off. They did the WORST job ever, acrylic is still on her nails and they just painted right over it. The nail polish pealed right off all three girls the same day. We would never go there again! Read Less

Their acrylic application is like a C- They use too small of tips & they don't blend to your cuticle The lady that did my ended up drilling a line on all of my nails because there was to acrylic at the cuticle. My sister still goes there and her nails are always really thick. Read Less

My simple manicure turned out okay. I made an appointment and had to wait almost an hour to begin, and the polish was streaky and you could see the layers. The lady was rushing and was definitely not focused on each individual person, making the outcome mediocre. Decent pricing but overall - not the best nail salon I've gone to! Read Less

My sister and I went in for a manicure and gels. They said they could take us. 45 minutes later, my sister's gels were done and the manicurist that was "just finishing up" was still working on his client and I did not get my manicure. I do not appreciate being mislead and having someone deal with the truth in such a casual manner. No consideration. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Read Less

I have had wonderful experiences at Fancy Nails and have been going there for the last few years. I actually travel from a nearby community just to come and get my nails done here. The technicians take a lot of time with me and everyone is very friendly. I never feel like anyone is talking about me...even if they are not speaking English. I typically have a pedi with a gel polish put on and it lasts for months. I also have gel nails put on with a gel polish and it usually lasts 2 1/2 to 3 weeks. I would recommend Fancy Nails! Her salon is always very clean with extra care towards sanitation and customer service. Her staff is always well trained in both skills and sanitation.
