I generally like this place. It's clean, and the staff are friendly. Also, I've never had to wait to get to a station. My only criticism is that I find some inconsistency in their service. I get my nails done every 2-3 weeks. I prefer manicures which usually turn out decently, but I can be a nail-biter for which I get acrylics. Sometimes I leave very happy, and other times, they rush, and I end up with a very chunky french manicure. If they could get consistency down, I'd give back the two stars. Read Less

I went in for basic pedi, 25.00. They offered upgrade, I said no thank you, just basic. I got a very nice pedi in comfortable massage chair. They charged 30.00, I left 5.00 cash tip. When I saw charge on card, they had charged 35.00. It appears to me they are stealing from their customers. Read Less

Love coming here to get my nails Done. T, Helen and Nikki are so sweet and always friendly. I usually have T, and my Fiance gets Helen. He gets a pedicure while I have both Mani and Pedi done. Their rates are reasonable. Always clean and efficient service. We love the staff here. 💜💜💜 Read Less

First time in this salon, as I am looking for a new bi-weekly salon to visit. the service was really awesome until customers started walking in then it went downhill quickly because my service was rushed threw to get people in and out quickly. A man in the salon started my gel manicure and was doing a really good job then a woman came over to finish half way threw (which was kind of annoying.)The technician rushed through my remaining manicure and my final result did not look worth the $35 I paid. My nails chipped the next day, are filed with rough edges still and there was no hand massage which is the most relaxing part of the manicure she literally just slapped lotion on my hands and sent me on my way. Gel manicure is suppose to last up to two weeks, my chipped not even 24 hours later. I've never had one chip so quickly before, it probably had something to do with the fact there was gel polish hanging off my finger nails on my skin when I left. I don't do any labor or much with my hands it literally just peeled off. I'm planning on stopping in there this week to see if they will fix it for me. I guess we will see how that goes. Read Less

Terrible customer service. Two nails broke two days after I got them done and he blamed it on the fact that I got a fill. I've had hundreds of fills and they don't just break just because. That's cheap acrylic, the guy charged me and said "if you don't like it don't come back to MY shop" even though he had just got done telling be he rented out a booth (rolls eyes). That's not ownership. Never going back I'll stick to Deparis, it's more clean anyway. That's another thing the staff eat at the work stations ummmm gross. Read Less

My daughter and I went to LV nails before our cruise. We both had the deluxe pedicure as well as extra cute designs on 2 toes. It was our first time there so we got a nice discount. They give discounts to new clients. I have lumbar back issues and the massage chair was great! They were patient with me when I needed to stand and stretch my back. I am not able to sit and be still for very long because of pain. They were accommodating, friendly and very professional. We will both be returning again and again. I decided to try this place out because I live nearby and I'm glad that I did. I purchased the deluxe pedicure and it was extremely relaxing and luxurious. It is very clean and the employees are really friendly. They didn't have very many colors to choose from, but that would be my only complaint. I'm glad that there is a quality nail salon in a small town. I'm sure I will return. Read Less

The staff are friendly and welcoming.  Service was great and everything was completed in a timely manner.  The place is new and very clean!  They have all the tools packed in a sterile pouch.  I had a gel manicure done here and were indecisive of my choices for color but they were happy to help me and gave me suggestions.  They painted the gel polish really even and thin so it isn't hard on my nails when it gets taken off!  Prices are reasonable and it's cheap when they have the discount for grand opening!  Also you get a stamp card and after 10 service you get a 20% discount!
