Very nice people but I was Not satisfied with the dead skin cleaning. I paid her without getting polished because to me, it was incomplete.

I had heard lots of good things and was very excited to check it out. I went in this afternoon for a mani/pedi. I got the pedi first and everything looked and felt great. However, my manicure was not....
I had heard lots of good things and was very excited to check it out. I went in this afternoon for a mani/pedi. I got the pedi first and everything looked and felt great. However, my manicure was not. I was cut 4 times on 4 different fingers and had to point out plural major errors that needed to be cleaned up (I felt rude pointing out the smaller errors but there were plenty of those too I just decided to deal with). I am now home and bleeding through the polish from 2 of the 4 cuts I got. I don't think I will return. Pretty disappointing.

Love!! They do such an amazing job, my mom has been a regular for many, many years and when I want to get pampered they are the first place I go! So friendly, excellent work. :)

Was really hesitant to go since they had such bad reviews but they were completely nice to me! I had the guy and he was nice and patient since I'd never had nails done before. He explained everything...

I had acrylics done here and my nails went yellow within days. I came back and asked for a fix and they wanted to charge me more money. I'm not paying my hard earned money for the privilege of comin...

They do an awesome job on nails, but the guy that works their sighns heavely and acts like it's a huge inconvienance when you come in.. I won't be going back.

I had been going to Nails Pro for several years, more out of convenience than any other reason. Today they were busy, although I called ahead. As usual, I had Brian do my nails because I had never been pleased with how the others had done my acrylic fills. He was hurried and surly, and I had to pull back out of pain several times. When I asked him to slow down, he became angry! I will never go back there.
