My experience has been very unprofessional and with no knowledge of doing nails. Cold water pedicure that was rushed but, most upsetting was my nails. The gentleman who did my nails gave me a full set...
My experience has been very unprofessional and with no knowledge of doing nails. Cold water pedicure that was rushed but, most upsetting was my nails. The gentleman who did my nails gave me a full set that was not shaped or filed correctly I'm very rushed. The acrylic was overlapping my my cuticle. I asked him if he could please shape the nails to my finger, in which he did not like yet made me very uncomfortable while doing so. He proceeded to file (not shape) for 2 seconds each nail then stop.He did not shape the nail to begin with nor file it correctly so it was overlapping and bulging very unevenly. He knew he did a poor job but would never admit to it then when the girls looks they didn't say very much only that it's because of how I wanted them shaped. He made me feel very uncomfortable. I never got angry I never got loud I just simply asked him to please make the nail to fit my finger. Looking at them they look like press on nails. I now have to pay another shop to fix my fingernails- I will never go back there again. $70 down the drain- Another $50+ to fix them!

Paid a lot of money for uneven lines on my nails. The workers were very distracted by the TV. They did not take there time because they were busy. Not happy with the outcome. Will not be returning!!

I’ve gotten my nails done here many times, and I’ve never been disappointed. It’s a great place to get your nails done, I highly recommend!

My French manicure needed to be touched up 2x and each time the white gel was covered up with more and it chipped off again and again I do not recommend this place to anyone

Customer service was nice, they are all friendly good people. The nails where ok I ask for design and was less than pleased. Although the nails looked great the design quality is lacking majorly. I guess the friendly atmosphere made up for the poor design tho. I will be coming back!

The worst I have ever experienced. Lady was so rude and did an absolute terrible job. My gel manicure has already chipped off on multiple nails.. irs been 9 hours since I got home from getting them do...

Where do I start? So... I came in for a pedicure... the man half did my left foot... didn't communicate with me... just left me to sit in the chair to let my toes dry... didn't even ask me to go under...
Where do I start? So... I came in for a pedicure... the man half did my left foot... didn't communicate with me... just left me to sit in the chair to let my toes dry... didn't even ask me to go under the light. He just cut off the water put some drops on my feet and went to the next person... 85% of the time he talked to the another employee while holding my foot in the air. Yeah terrible service... I'll be making the drive to maple grove next time.

I had pink and whites done (which I love ) on a Saturday and by Wed a few of them werent looking so good down around the nail bed. They were raggedy and lifting. I havent had pink and whites in a long time and never done here. I went back to see if they would fix the really bad 2 nails. He took a look at all of them and fixed em all. Its the best nails Ive ever had done !! He was very sorry and not sure what would caused this issue. Maybe I just have oily nail beds? I have had a pedicure here and she is very thorough and good at it. the leg massage is wonderful and lengthy.
They stand behind their services - Very good business

I had an amazing experience! They did really well, I didn't have to wait at all they got me and my friend in right away. They were a little fast but maybe I just need to mention we would like to soak our feet a little longer. Other then that wonderful. Thank you!

My experience has been very unprofessional and with no knowledge of doing nails. Cold water pedicure that was rushed but, most upsetting was my nails. The gentleman who did my nails gave me a full set that was not shaped or filed correctly I'm very rushed. The acrylic was overlapping my my cuticle. I asked him if he could please shape the nails to my finger, in which he did not like yet made me very uncomfortable while doing so.
