I keep coming back because of the excellent customer service and the professionalism and friendliness they provide! The salon is beautiful and is in a great location! I constantly get compliments on my nails and will refer them to this salon. I would never go anywhere else as I know I am getting the best quality and service here. Never have I ever had a technician burn/rip off part of skin while waxing my eyebrow. They gave me a full refund but that doesn’t justify the amount of pain my skin under my eyebrow is in right now. Hopefully they won’t let that old lady do waxing anymore. Read Less

Located conveniently near Ridgedale Mall and a Caribou Coffee across the way. Parking is in first come first serve as the location of the nail salon is in more like a strip mall. The inside décor was giving me golf club clubhouse vibes with cultural accents throughout the space. Though the space seems small it's caters to a higher volume of clients. During my visit I went seeking to get a powder gel removal and a gel full set (liquid). I didn't have a bad experience, but I didn't have a phenomenal experience either. I was say that it was a middle ground okay.  The tech that worked on my nails was good at his craft and impressed me with his skills. He was also very quiet, which I don't mind because I go to get a nail art service not therapy. It was a little off putting as a first timer I wasn't directed about the process or where the sink was located and when directed to the gel colors the head man in charge kept saying that the gel polish options were "there" instead of just saying they were in the basket.  My wait time wasn't long.  I'm not sure if that was by design or sheer luck.  The tech that worked on my nails did a really good job. I did notice that others in the salon were offered beverages, but I was not. I loved the final look of my nails. I'll be the first to admit I have fat fingers, but the shape, sliminess, and length of the nail made my fingers look thinner.  So, Yay!Overall, had an okay experience and will return in a couple of weeks to see how well a liquid gel fill experience goes. I went here for my wedding nails and a pedi. I only came here bc my usual place was booked. I asked my friend to come with me to chat and the like. They immediately moved her to get her pedicure done and gel mani at the same time. So I never saw her the entire time I was there or got to talk to her, when I even made the point to book us at the same time, just so they could rush thru it. I also asked for an almond shape with colored acrylic and the technician was not able to do it correctly, so she offered to cover it up with glitter, WITHOUT stating that it would be an extra charge. They have no clear price menu AT ALL. She sat me down for a pedi and she rushed thru it so fast I did not get to enjoy it at all. And sure, they have a lot of extra things like towel warmers but they never tell you that they offer wifi or any sort of drinks, etc. It all ended up being 100$. For a full set of acrylics and a rushed gel pedi? Absolutely not. I never ever like to leave negative reviews but I felt like I got played leaving that salon. And she had the nerve to tell me they normally charge for ombre glitter but she wouldn't for my wedding. For applying glitter to cover her mistake? Seriously? My nail polish is chipping off after 2 days! I went in for a fill and she tells me she has to charge extra because my nails are long! That's never happened before! In any other nail shop. I have been coming here for about 4 years and this is always my go to nail salon! They have such a wide range of pedicures that are all so nice (though a little spendy). This place is so fantastic. The manager is very observant of his staff & makes sure every customer that comes in is satisfied. I've received pedicures & manicures from high-end salons & seriously prefer this place over anything. The techs take their time with massages, pay attention to the tiniest details, & don't pressure you by up-selling.. also they're prices are all marked! I seriously witnessed the manager go around & personally offer every single customer a juice cocktail, just out of the blue. The atmosphere is warm, soft, & welcoming -- no bright, harsh lights. I constantly get compliments on my nails and I really think that Ben and his team do a great job.  I can always get in quickly and they are happy to help you in any way. Hands down, the best nail salon I've been to in my life! The staff is very kind and professional. The salon is very clean and nicely decorated. I love the fact that with each customer, they use a brand new set of nail supplies. It's evident that health and cleanliness is a top priority, unlike other nail salons. OMG! I am not originally From Minnesota so when I moved here I had to kiss a few frogs before I found this place. I see Ben exclusively for my nails his technique and experience allow me to do any number of Instagram photos I show him. As for pedicures anyone of the ladies will amaze you. I always go for the luxury pedicure and it's the BEST! I have visited well over 50 salons in my day ranging from spas to run of the mill shops and this is truly the BEST. I've been going to turbo nails for about 3 years now and It's hands down my absolute favorite!! I always make an appt with Tina for a gel manicure every two weeks. Tina does such an amazing job every time but you really can't go wrong with anyone! Decided to stop in and have my nails done at turbo nails in ridgedale. My nails look horrible, the polish is uneven , over my cuticle on some nails, not very clean. To be honest it's looks like I did them myself. I'm so disappointed in the quality of my gel manicure. I didn't tip the lady because my nails looked horrible, and I usually tip. There are better ways to spend your hArd earned money, don't waste your time with this place. Read Less

If your getting gels read this first!! I've been getting gel nails for years. I am familiar with the process and the expectations for how the polish preforms. I was so disappointed with this salon. They claim to use high quality products and be clean. The two main reasons I decided to try this place. The salon looks clean but they reuse the files and the buffers.... Gross. My biggest problem is that my gel manicure chipped day 1. Actually 10 min after my manicure. They felt soft and would slide around on my nails. Anytime anything hard touched my nails it would leave in imprint. I called the store and they said they would redo the chipped nails. After a little debate they agreed to redo all of my nails. Unfortunately my second manicure was just as bad. I showed the lady there how the polish was sliding around on my nails and she just put oil on top of it. She continued to tell me that it was because my nails are too weak. They weren't. I take good care of my nails and don't get gels back to back. While I was there a second customer came in with the same problem I was having with my nails. We started to chat and the owner came over and yelled at us that it's not his fault. Needless to say I will not be returning to this salon. I looked up the problem  of having soft feeling gels that are sliding on nail and chipping away. This apparently is a result of crappy polish.
